The atmosphere is nice, but the food for the price was not good. The steak was not seasoned well or perhaps not at all. The mashed potatoes were very lightly seasoned and had little flavour. The wine was good and really sold the meal.
I went to outback today around 4pm when they opened for an early dinner. The service was not very good. Granted our waiter was friendly but the food was awful. Ordered my steak medium and it came out dry and black on my pasta , ordered a filet to be cooked medium and came out blue. My coconut shrimp was burned. Only good thing was the blooming onion. I will not be going back I paid 100$ for a meal that I hated and definitely not worth it.
Food allergies. This is a big one. I looked online first to see if there was a gluten-free menu. This is huge as I have celiac. The menu had a lot of options, more than I remembered having in the past. I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. GF dressings we’re all listed. Our waiter was knowledgeable and could tell me if something was cooked near bread in the kitchen or not. The French fries were NOT on the gf menu, and for good reason, they share oil with other breaded things. So menu was accurate. There was even a dessert option (chocolate thunder from down under, a decadent brownie). I was going to skip dessert, but the waiter said it was a flour-less brownie. I ordered and shared with my kids (after having more portion first so no cross-contamination from their dinner/fingers). I did not have any gluten reactions of any kind. I appreciate this more than most people could understand. But if you have celiac, you do. Was able to pay at the table with the game screen thing. And my kids said their steaks were cooked perfectly. The prime rib looked really good. I did not have any herbed butter which I’ve read is a culprit for celiac reactions. When the waiter came with the bread for the table, he was sure to place it far away from my spot, which I appreciate. Someone’s been trained on cross-contamination!! Will go back for sure. (And all the staff are super nice)
The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was as we had hoped given our meals back in Colorado, for a great experience
Took my fiancee to Outback Steakhouse in Anchorage, AK. (Her 1st time) to Alaska. She only ordered a coke to drink and I ordered our meal. Little did she know there was a surprise at the end. Overall, the Staff shown excellent hospitality while serving our food. Ordered the two lobster tails, 12oz. Rib eye steak (Medium Well) and a few more. My fiancee enjoyed her time. She loves the bread. I would definitely bring her back here to eat again, one day. Thanks again for that experience. #BestOutbackSteakhouseAK907
The place was clean, staff was nice. Food and dessert were good and didn't have to wait long. We lucked out and had a good experience.

Went there yesterday to celebrate a birthday ? for my bestie! We had a great time and Ashley our server was fantastic!! Efficient, prompt and mighty kind!! I’m coming back next payday to have fun alone!
First and Last time. Not bad but next time I want a steak ill go to Texas!!
Service at the bar was very good. The food tasted great but the prices were a bit high for the portion size.
