Service was very nice, friendly lady, she gave the kids free strawberry mochi icecream w whip cream and chocolate sauce. We walked in a few minutes before 3pm and thats when lunch ends but they still let us order from the lunch menu. Food took a while to come out but overall a decent wait time and was worth it, we enjoyed our plates
The soup was good, The teriyaki chicken is ok but not fond of Teriyaki, egg roll was good, the sweet and sour shrimp was very good, rice was ok. So yes it’s worth coming from the Valley.
The lady over the phone has good customer service. I did not like the delivery guy. He was grilling me for a bigger tip than what I gave him. As a single pregnant woman who is already struggling the small convo with him did not feel well. I had to reheat my meal and still could not enjoy it. I hope they find a new driver or talk to him. My tempora vegetables were soggy. Crab Rangoon was the best ive tasted in Anchorage. Bad experience with delivery but food was decent.
Don’t get me wrong, the food is good . But when it comes to delivery. I had asked if they deliver out to lake Otis, it’s not even that far and I was told by one of the older ladies that works in the front that it’s too far and she had an attitude and was rude. How are you guys going to turn away money/business . If you know how to run it, you never say no to money, at least that’s just my opinion because I work for a self owned company and my boss never turns away business or money, that’s like turning away an opportunity.
I made an order online and they were supposed to get ahold of me for the payment and delivery information but instead the lady called just before they closed saying my order is ready for pickup when I clearly put delivery down. I took a cab and was almost there when I called her back lol o let her know and all she had to say was that it wasn’t my order! ? Wasted $ on that taxi
We weren’t expecting much, to be honest, as we went there late. It’s the only oriental food restaurant that we’ve found that is open until midnight on the weekends. Not only was the interior clean and modern, but the staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. When we got our food we were blown away by the flavor. It was the best oriental food we’ve had in quite some time! Not only will we be returning, but we will be highly recommending to our friends. Please give them a chance- you will not be disappointed.
Great place for dinner or take out.Friendly staff and a pleasant quiet restaurant. Selection is good, prices are fair and portions are plenty.They also have lunch specials too.Drop in and have a tasty bite to eat.
Absolutely delicious food and great service only bad thing is I wish parking was better in the winter.
Typically the food is hot and I have to wait for it to cool down which is nice, but the last few times the Mongolian beet has tasted dry and tastes like beef liver.
