First time ever trying an Olive Garden. The atmosphere was nice. The service was good. The only thing we didn’t like was the food. Our bill came to $60 for (2) with a beer each. We won’t come back. We didn’t see anything on the menu that we wanted.
Our dirty dishes sat on our table the entire time even though I stacked them up as a courtesy "you can grab these". We were there for atleast an hour and the server came back 3 times to check on us and bring dessert, but there they sat until we left. Being slammed and not having the time is certainly understandable but looking at a stack of dirty dishes while the server walks away with empty hands (and it isn't busy) repeatedly was unimpressive. Having been a server for 20 years I usually tip 25 or 30 percent, especially when eating out with kids. I tipped the customary 15% for the first time in years.
A little upset at first, but not at the restaurant specifically. The end of the mall has two restaurants and only two handicapped parking spaces. Speaking for a family member, it was less than convenient and even a bit unsafe having to cross a drive with a fair amount of traffic. I'm not even sure that accommodation level meets Code. That aside, we had a five minute wait for seating - not bad. The waiter, Jacob, was quite attentive and pleasant. The food was excellent and nobody left feeling underwhelmed. Honestly, the bill wasn't even bad. Wish we could have saved a little room for desserts (they looked really good), but take out was an option of which we didn't avail ourselves.
Normally I love this Olive Garden but it seems they have had a major staff change. And they are definitely not good. My husband and I order at this Olive Garden Togo a lot. And let’s just say hopefully we don’t get sick. I have a very sensitive stomach. The pasta had barely any sauce. The bread was burned, and the lettuce well.... just see for yourself! For description you know that smell your trash makes if you don’t take it out for 2 weeks?! YA! That terrible smell is fuming from both these salads and very clearly has gone bad.
Super friendly staff, not too long of a wait during lunch rush. Marcus was my server and he was fantastic at keeping drinks and bread sticks full.
Great lunch. Wait staff friendly, she had just started working there. Was sweet. Loved playing trivia. Felt like a winner ha ha. Food was great loved the bread. Wine was nice. Wasn’t crowded as afternoon time. Bathroom was clean. Overall great. Didn’t provide any Andes candy :(. Was able to take home small take out box.
I prefer this Olive Garden more than the one in Tikahtnu Commons. We were seated right away and our server was very nice and always checked on us. Loved the calamari appetizer! I had the lasagna and it was perfect! Wish I took photos, but it was a great experience overall
Melissa at the Dimond location is terrific! She knows the menu and made some great recommendations to my kids as well as myself! The staff prides themselves in service and cleanliness. The food is great here!
The person that sat us at table was very nice. The food was sooo good. Only thing was the waitress seemed like she didn't even want to be there. Not very friendly, it was like it was a burden to her for us to be there. All the other waitresses were friendly and having conversations and smiling with other customers. The young man that sat us came over and talked to us 3 different times. To bad he wasn't our waiter.
Had to wait 10 minutes to get seated and it was not crowded. Many open tables. Our waiter was exceptional and the food was great.
