This is a great hidden pizza joint. The atmosphere is classic Italian. Our waitress Michelle was attentive, friendly and on point. Food was delicious and we will be back!!
One of the best tasting crusts I've had. Great place.
Found my new favorite pizza place in Anchorage! If you like fast food pizza without flavor and crust like cardboard this is not the place for you. This is adult food for people with taste buds. The cheese is freshly grated daily and you can taste the difference. The crust is hand made and you can taste the difference. Appears to be cooked on a stone and you taste it too! The sauce tastes like someone actually cares about your taste buds and this place delivers. Prices are comparable to other pizza places but the difference is fresh ingredients and more for your buck. It reminds of the pizza I used to buy in New Hampshire and New York.
Outstanding old school atmosphere pizza place with great pizza. I often viewed their sign as I drove by but one day I finally stopped. It's my new favorite dive for pizza now.. They offer a military discount too so bonus...I recommend you drop by and enjoy one of their pies.
We have been having the best Italian food on Alaska here since about 1980. It has changed owners at least once in that time. It has, hands down, the best lasagna anywhere...extensive meat, cheese and delicious sauce. In addition, it has the lowest prices in town. It's a small locally-owned restaurant with carry and deliver. Try it, you'll be glad you did.
Came here and ordered a large half combo and half vegetable pizza, a side of meatballs and a couple beers. The meatballs were delicious and there were 2 with sauce, but i wish i would've ordered garlic bread to go with them. The pizza was hot, cheesey, great ample toppings, the crust was crispy, outer crust soft inside and was excellent. I will definitely be back!
disrespectful mouth on the phone
Back in 1985 I was stationed at Ft Rich and met this beautiful girl going to UAA we lived in a room in a house off Muldoon till we got married and got post housingWe were poor as all newly Weds were but we splurged and bought Muldoon pizzas and meatball subs. Now 35 years later we moved everywhere in my 20 year career and ended up in Tennessee to grow roots. Every pizza we eat and every meatball subs we eat or make is gauged against Muldoon....they all fall short. We always say for our 50th anniversary we will go back to Anchorage and share a meatball sub to remenice.....it still so many years later is the best meatball sub ever!
I have lived in Muldoon since 2012. I have never eaten in at this establishment, and I never will again after my last experience. The service was good, the pizza nothing to write home about. However, as soon as I walked in to the establishment I smelled something. My wife convinced me it was just burnt pizza crust. Soon after we were seated my daughter informed me that she needed to go potty. I took her to the mens and was immediately hit in the face with the odor of cigarettes. It was so pervasive that my daughter held her nose and asked what the smell was. There were tar stains on the walls. It literally smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes in that room the same day. I then realized the smell I noticed upon entry was that of cigarettes. Apparently the staff did not get the message that cigarettes are to be smoked outside. The pizza is okay, the service was good, and the facility has flies and smells like cigarettes. Two stars
Rivals Moose’s Tooth for best pizza in Anchorage. The crust is one of the best I’ve tasted in town. It’s not rubbery or soft. Perfectly crunchy crust and a nice ratio of cheese and toppings.
