Ordered a make your own Philly. Checked onion, green pepper and jalapeños. There was a cheese option that I DID NOT click. Mind you this was thru Door Dash. Called to ask why I got cheese, as I can’t have it. Person at Milanos said oh well you didn’t put no cheese in notes. I said there was an option for cheese and didn’t select it and there is cheese throughout the sandwich which o cannot consume. She aid she doesn’t or Door dash so wouldn’t know. No sorry can we remake refund nothing. It had been years since I’ve ordered from here. Won’t be back. Customer service is important.
All around good Pizza. Ordered several times. They are reasonably priced and a Large is enough for 3 hungry kids.
Small shop with great customer service. Owner was awesome. We and kids had a lot to eat. The calzones are humongous!
Always fast, friendly and efficient! Greek pizza comes with extra cheese, but really needs added extra cheese! Usually our favorite go to for a relaxing stay at home kind of night!
Met up with our friends.ordered a few different pizzas. The mama mias pizza is really good. Laura was really sweet and eitger the chef or the owner not really sure which was nice too. overall great experience and look forward to going back in the future.Oh and the place seemed clean including the bathroom. Small quaint space. Great for small to medium gatherings. We had 6 people and they accommodated well :)
I ordered my food for delivery and received everything except my Philly. I was told that it was forgotten and would be delivered on the drivers next time out. 35 minutes later I still had not received my Philly and when I called I was told that upon discovery of it being forgotten the Philly had been put back into the oven and new fries added, also I would be given a free Philly on my next order.Philly arrived 5 minutes after with cold (think room temp sat on the counter for 45 minutes cold) fries and a mildly lukewarm Philly. I don’t expect delivery fries to arrive hot, but they should arrive at least warm. Clearly the fries had not been replaced with fresh and the Philly had not been kept warm in the oven. Just hoping I don’t get food poisoning from my taste. The food went straight into the trash and there won’t be a next time visit.I give it 2 stars for the pizza and calzone being hot and tasty.
Ordered 2 pizzas one side of pinapple , pizzas were good , one really undercooked but ok , through the pineapple on the pizza .Pineapple was rancid . It takes along long time for pineapple to turn like that stomach pains and could taste 3 hours later . When I put it on I just shook it out , after realize if the taste I grabbed with my finger what was left and slim, sour , rancid . ?
Every part of the meal was great. Pizza, and Philly were spot on, but most surprising was the salad. My expectation for salad from pizza joints was low. Well no more. Will definitely be eating from here again.
Most of the time we are happy with Milano's Pizza. This time however they messed it up. We ordered thick double crust and they gave us paper thin. Both pizzas were barely warm. They offered a $10 credit for $40 worth of messed up pizza. I feel like we should have at least gotten one free pizza for next time we order. It maybe a long time before we order again.
While my usual order is their delicious Philly Bombs, their pizza is top tier. A bit pricey but well worth it. The ingredients taste so clean, fresh, and the pizzas are so large and heavy. Can usually only eat one or two slices before getting full
