Such a cute McDonalds! They have a colorful little inside playground for the kids and it’s super clean. The tables in the play area have this electronic touch screen game for the kids to play while they eat. I thought it was such a good idea! The whole place was very clean and well kept. I ordered at the kiosk so I didn’t speak much with the employees but the little that I did, they provided great customer service!
Ice cream machine was broke. But I don't even really care about that. What ticked me off, is I was riding my motorcycle and I've been through the drive through hundreds of times before on it. And heck even about 20 times on my horse. But yesterday they refused to serve me on my motorcycle for no reason. I asked for a explanation and very rudly just said we can't serve you.
Hands down the worst McDonald’s on the planet. Fries are always cold. Most employees are rude. Sit in drive thru while 3 other cars get there orders taken. Ask for a few salt packets and get 1. Ice cream machine is always down so much for the remodel. Definitely never going back would rather drive to the spenard one they are polite and food is a lot better.
This location has been back open for some months after a new remodel last year. They have a great crew of workers who take pride in serving food and doing this quickly. I do not eat McDonald's food very much but when I do this is my favorite location. I have noticed the management leadership at this location does .are a difference in worker attitude and quality of food.Thank you for providing fast service with smiles!
Every time we go there the ice cream is broken. Which happens... We get that, but we get tired of waiting in a 15 minute line and finally it's our turn to order and they don't have ice cream. The machines down. They don't put out a sign to warn people... It's summertime plenty of people are coming to just get ice cream. We've had this happen three times in the last couple weeks.
this place has really gone downhill on their customer service. I went through the drive thru after ordering on the app. They had me pay for the car behind me even after I told them I paid on the app. While waiting for my refund, which took forever, they handed me my drinks, and they were only 2/3 full. When the refund was finally done, they were very rude and just handed me my card and receipt without saying a word. Get my food finally and get home, they gave me no sauce for my nuggets. I am super close, and go here all the time, but the last few trips they have just skipped on the customer service all together. I am going to have to start going to a different location.
I was excited to take my son here after they have remodeled. Major let down. They were not even busy when we went 6:30 pm. Dirty tables and chairs. The new play area was nice and open though. We ordered 10piece nuggets meal- both were old and cold. This branch used to be really nice and clean.
Worst customer service! Very rude female there that must be a manager that’s always rude & barking off orders.I always order my food and use the curbside pick up. Yesterday my order was wrong, so today my order was a few more items than usual-so I figured I’d help them out by going inside to get my order and make sure that it was correct. I never said anything to anyone, and as a worker was about to bring my food out, I politely said that ‘I’m in #3’ and she gave my my order…I set the order on the counter to make sure everything was in the bag, and all of a sudden-the lead (manager?) yells, ‘What’s wrong with these people-they have no patience’?! I looked up and she was looking at me. I told her that my order yesterday was wrong and I’m just making sure that’s it correct…She continued on saying ‘Hello, that’s what we do etc…’rambling on…I was shocked how she was acting, and as I looked at other of her co-workers, they had the look as ‘she always does this’ ??♂️…It’s no wonder that there are videos on line of customers in McDonald’s that are fed up with the poor service and choose to take matters in their own hands…Goodbye McDonald’s-I’ll probably see this rude, sloppy, nasty worker on YouTube soon
They are judgmental and often times rude for no reason, whatsoever. Prices have been raised so much now they charge you 80 cents for two pickle chips. 1.20 to add cheese. Seems a bit much. I get inflation but that's robbery.
Super great service oh my gosh thanks for giving me the wrong order so many times I'm very grateful that you guys always mess my order up. Thank you whoever keeps messing my order up I'm loving it
