This is a busy store. They promptly take your order, and you never have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes.
It depends on which location I am asked about. I got good service at northern lights. The dining room was filthy. The people that work at the 36th Ave and Tudor locations are rude
They always forget my order it’s either they miss one of my sandwich, nugget or the sauce…. YALL NEED TO GAME UP YALL SKILSSS AND STOP RUSHING PEOPLE FOOD ???
This location has an upstairs. Kiosk to place your order if you don't want to wait in line. Quick service, self serve soda machine.
Never heard of cash only lately.. thought that was kinda messed up after waiting in line for 30min.

This place is always way overly packed no matter the time of day. I was there literally 25 mins, seeing ppl who came after me get their stuff and leave. The only thing I had ordered was a Frappuccino. I tried to ask why 1 drink was taking forever? No one could tell me the answer to that question.....
Had a dental apt. And McDonald's wS right next door. And I was starving. Yummy fish sand. And service was nice and it was clean.
So disappointing! Please make sure you double check your sandwiches before taking off because these employees don’t care about what is being requested on the receipt & it’s obvious look at all the wrong orders that people reviewed on. I’m allergic to cheese so I requested NO Cheese, No Sausage, sub with REGULAR BACON & I got everything I didn’t ask for. I called @9:10am 04-5-22, they wanted me to drive back but I was already on the other side of town by then. plus that’s a waste of gas. How is it hard to do the job correct so us customers don’t have to waste gas driving back because of an employees mess up? Luckily I looked at my sandwich before taking a bite because I would be in the hospital right now, not being able to go to work the time I was scheduled due to an allergic reaction. I’ve never had this problem! You go through a drive through, sitting there having the gas running, paying McDonald’s, then heading off just to see that what you paid for isn’t what was given to you. A lot of customers had this same problem this morning, orders all wrong; people having to drive back then wait in a line again that could’ve been prevented! Plus their chicken nuggets, French fry’s tasted stale, like it was a batch from yesterday or the day before. This northern lights blvd location isn’t recommended!
The McDonald's employees are very accommodating but sometimes I go in and the emoyees even managers feeling rushed during high customer hours I have seen the employees terribly rude and some need to learn how to serve with a positive attitude when there is misunderstandings on orders etc sometime the customers take forever but that's reason to take a slow deep breath and not get an attitude the customers just need a little kindness and patience bc maybe we r having a bad day and McDonald's was the only thing happy.
