I am a fan of the Culinary Arts Program. I acknowledge that it a opportunity for the students to have the experience of all facets of the operation. I recognize was doing the best he could do at the time. He was looking forward to his next assignment.

Quite the hidden gem here in Anchorage. Dine-in is the best as their menu is outstanding. I will also be trying their takeout items as well.

I wish I took pictures. We sampled as much as we could. Reservations for 11:45 service was good music and mood was terrific. It felt so good to support UAA and receive incredible food. If you have time go and support your local school
