I really love L&L - I've visited quite a few. I've been a regular patron at the Dimond location for 6 years now and usually it's pretty top tier. The last few months have been slightly disappointing though. It's a 50/50 chance on if my katsu is burned, and the customer service is just "okay". They've always only offered half of what's actually pictured on the menu, and in the past they've stopped serving certain menu items an hour or so before closing and only offer fried foods. I understand that- but it seems to get earlier and earlier. During my visit today they had already switched to fried food only at 5:30pm, and they closed at 9pm. I ended up only ordering half of what I went there for.Overall it's okay but definitely subpar compared to other locations I've visited.

Maybe it was the time I ordered it....but the chicken tasted like a rubber chicken I bought out the toy section. It was the most disgusting and disappointing representation of this franchise I ever had. I've taste their food before in California and it was a 100 times better. This place either needs new management or more passionate cooks.

Last time I ate there, I got food poisoning.Not even what they used to be. Sad! It's not the same as when they first opened!#DISSAPPOINTED

Ordered a cheeseburger and it taste like it's a turkey burger. DisappointedFries were good.

My coworker's ordered and when the smell hit me it stopped me in my tracks. And in a very good way! I immediately had to place my own order to be delivered. Great portion sizes at reasonable prices.

HORRIBLE customer service. This one time months ago, I put in the note that I didn’t see a bbq chicken option on the menu and that if they had it, could they please replace the spam with the chicken. When you hit the reorder button in the app it will automatically reload the note from the previous order. So the past couple times I have ordered, I have unknowingly sent that note again and again. Which I know can be annoying, but they gave me a handwritten note in the order. There could have been many other ways of informing me of my repeated order than this. I am a pretty loyal customer so this is even more annoying. I will not be ordering from here again.

Poor customer service.Young gentlemen working up at the front counter with the 3 girls was really RUDE asked them for something and he gave an attitude and didn't even say "excuse me what did u want" or "im sorry what did u need" he just said WHAT like i was no customer the service her was really bad u have 4 workers up at the front counter playing and talking stories like theres no customer in line as well as the other girl just standing at the register zoning out while theres a customer standing in line waiting to be helped for at least 3 good minutes till they said something smh. Yall need real workers that wants to work and knows whats good customer service not just young dumb ones that thinks they're in some type of day care smh

Front end lady got my order wrong so i asked to correct it and the cook in the back started cussing me out. wont eat here again.

Dimond center food court 10/22/2021. When customers are waiting to order or waiting for their orders cashiers friends should not be cutting their way through to visit. Seen two girls- 3 times go up to the register to talk with the female register worker before she stepped away to go talk to them. Then she came back to work and drank her drink right there, just like when we stepped up to place our order.

Very upset! Ordered just 2 menu and waited so long, then realized they have been skipping my order and gave other people who were behind me theirs first. I was in a hurry and they did not even bother to ask and check if my order has been made when i went to check there 3 times until i yelled at them! Lack of good customer service and slow as hell!
