Such amazing coffee!! The customer service was super professional and quick. My coffee that I received was very well done. Not to mention their brownies were delicious and their sandwiches were as well. The veggie burrito is to die for but their sausage burrito has a funky taste. So stay clear of that. Also their coffee beans are amazing as well!
Such great high quality coffee, and friendly staff! Great art, quiet place to share a conversation with a friend, get a lil work done, or even read a book. On my visit with a friend, I had accidentally spilled my coffee, so of course I started cleaning it up, and alerted the staff. Not only were they helpful, and prompt in assisting me, I was able to get a refill. So greatful! It was very cold out. Thanks guys for looking out! We will be coming back.

I have liked to come into Kaladi Brothers coffee House for many many years now. They offer a really nice atmosphere. No one else in town offers the relaxed atmosphere that they do. Unfortunately today's experience was not good. I brought my wife and daughter in. My daughter ordered a chocolate muffin. My wife ordered a whole grain bagel with cream cheese. They pulled out the chocolate muffin and the bagel and put them on plates for us and one of the other people behind the counter grabbed the chocolate muffin off of the plate and sold it to someone else. That was the last chocolate muffin. Then we got back to the table and my wife went to take a bite of her bagel and found out that it was Apple and not whole grain. When she took it back to the counter, the girl behind the counter said that she told me that it was Apple. The only thing that she told me was that the chocolate muffin was taken. They would not return the cream cheese that we paid for to go with the bagel. We will not be coming back for a long time.
Love Kaladi Brothers! This location is one of the best for working; I always find an open stool or table. Sometimes the bathroom is a bit sketchy, but what can you do when so many people use it. I usually get tea and a cookie. They've started putting the bagels in the panini press which is bomb too!
I really think most Alaskans are loyal to the brand, not the coffee. I've been here a few times and have only ever been able to take a few sips from my oat milk lattes.
Fun little coffee shop. The handbagged earl Grey tea I got was tasty just wish it had been a bit stronger. Would totally go back!
Coffee is delicious. They have a couple savory breakfast options. I would recommend the reindeer sausage burrito heated up. Otherwise there are bagles freshly delivered. For a sweet tooth person there are your typical pastries available. The staff is very helpful if you have questions.Plenty of parking out front which is free. Wifi is available here.
