Terrible service! No one was at the counter and then gives an attitude about having to work!. Drink had no flavor. Not worth the effort for the price and definitely not worthy of tip. Even though I did tip I still got a flavorless drink. Stick to Starbucks
This used to be my favorite coffee shop. I ordered an iced white chocolate americano. Got 2 ice cubes and chunks of white chocolate powder. When I asked if they could possibly re-make it with the powder dissolved and more ice, I got a snarky remark from the barista. Poor service.
It was my first time there and they were quick, friendly and helpful.

My favorite neighborhood coffee hangout. The staff are friendly. The coffee is the best. I just have to keep in mind how long it takes to brew a cup.

Most of the Kaladis are the same which is really nice! This one stands out though due to the tiered shop levels. The main has the coffee bar to it and some great tables around. Then the second tier has some smaller, quieter tables and there is a nice conference room for meetings and discussions with multiple people! I highly recommend getting a Kaladi Latte!
