The best word to describe IHOH is AMAZING. The staff is always so nice, especially the owner. I love going there and seeing him working the front because he is always in the happiest mood and full of energy. Every single hotdog I've tried is nothing short of delicious. The only issue is I have is trouble picking which of my favorites to get since they are all so good. The fries are also amazing, ESPECIALLY the Vaquero fries. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars.
This place is hot dogs taken to t̶h̶e̶ ̶n̶e̶x̶t̶ ̶l̶e̶v̶e̶l̶ outer space. I had no idea someone could make hot dogs taste this great.Add the fact that they're genuinely happy you're there, and you have a winning combo for Anchorage! Just awesome!

Delicious and unique hot dogs and toppings. As someone who is gluten-free, they offered to chop it like a salad without the bun to make it easier to eat. The dogs were a little pricey but would definitely try again.
Their hot dogs are amazing! There are so many great options, and all for a reasonable price. Plus, the staff members are super friendly and make the experience that much better.

For my first time trying the Hawaiian, I liked it. Made it a combo w/garlic cilantro fries & a soda. The fries were too salty today, I’ll probably ask that they not put salt next time. Thanks for putting two sauces with the combo meal. Not sure what I’ll order next, but let me tell you this; every hotdog that I have tried from IHOH, I’ve liked. (I don’t know if you do the Phoenix on fridays, but it’s always been my favorite.) Good to have you back, IHOH.
Of course the sun does shine in Alaska but I have to say it never really gets warm enough for my dog, Peter, to truly get hot. Despite the misleading name, this restaurant does wonderful sausages in long bread. I like the ones with onions on top.
The food is always amazing! The staff is always helpful. And the owner is the friendliest and most bubbly man you could ever want to come in contact with! He will make you feel like old friends from day one! I will go back as long as they are open.
It’s pretty average and pricy for a hot dog. Taste is not too bad, but nothing too special. But probably hot dog is a “must try” thing when you are in Alaska. Note: wanted to try reindeer hot dogs but they are out. So got a Buffalo one instead.
