The experience of eating in the igloo was fun but the food was mediocre and expensive.I ordered the halibut dinner with a cup of seafood chowder. My halibut was cold by the time it arrived and did not seem to be fresh and I never got the chowder. The waiter bought me a Caesar salad that I did not order. I mentioned the soup to him, he acknowledged it and never bought me the soup. The gnocchi that was the side of halibut was delicious though. All in all I thought it was pretty expensive to pay $60 for cold mediocre food. I will not be back

Amazing experience at the Inlet Pubhouse. There was live music at night. We had the chowder, king salmon (daily special) and beef brisket, all were good. The server (James William) was excellent and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely come back the next time we are at Alaska!

I went here for Mother's Day Brunch on Sunday. It was quite possibly the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We booked an igloo and the igloos are nice but the service was terrible. I ordered the Inlet Breakfast with all bacon instead of sausage, over hard eggs and wheat toast. My husband also ordered the Inlet Breakfast with over easy eggs and my daughter ordered chicken and waffles. The expediter brought out the two Inlet Breakfasts and asked who had the scrambled eggs. I said no one had scrambled, it was over hard and over easy. She left my husbands food, took mine back to the kitchen to fix the eggs and said my daughter's food would be out in a minute. It took about 10 minutes to get our food, my daughters didn't come out until mine came out. By the time our food came out, my husband was almost done with his meal. Our food was dropped off by the expediter. After she walked away, I noticed that my meal had sausage instead of bacon and sourdough toast instead of wheat. We had been there a long time so I started eating my eggs and potatoes. The server came by to ask how it was and I told him it was bad, that I had sausage instead of bacon and sourdough toast instead of wheat. I also told him that it had come out wrong the first time since this was the first he had come to check on us. He said ok and walked off. He didn't offer to remake it, he didn't offer to bring me bacon and wheat toast. Nothing. He didn't try to do anything to make it right. He brings the bill and I thought maybe he had taken the meal off but he did not. I stopped him and said that my meal was wrong and I did not eat it, the sausage and toast were still sitting on my plate. He said he would see what he could do. He was gone for another 15 to 20 minutes before he came back and said he got me a discount. They took half off my meal, even though 3 of the 5 things on the plate were done incorrectly. I have never had such poor service at a restaurant and this is supposed to be a nice place. In addition, the food was nothing special. My husbands bacon was covered in grease and there was a puddle of grease on his plat. His English muffin was so soaked in butter that he could have wringed it out. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never go back.

We loved the great outdoor dining experience. Food was awesome!

Excellent Waitress and host service. It’s so cute and we sat outside and it was a perfect view and warm since it was about 34° outside. I loved it. The appetizers that we got were really good. And the Alaskan local draft beer was delicious. I highly recommend it and there’s views of the beautiful mountains.

Just finish Brunch, and wow I don't know if its the food or my wife and I agreeing that it is great. I personally am not a fan of rosemary on my food, most often it's over done with rosemary covering the true flavor of the food but here the Rosemary potatoes were perfect as was the rest of the food and serving size. Most often the food is the focus but let's take a moment and talk about the service, rarely have I been agnoliged and treated so kind and promptly. In closing just Wow the Igloo's are vary cool and everything is so clean great job.

Another excellent dining experience in the charming igloo, and Ardita was very attentive and helpful. Thank you!!

Great experience in the igloos, lighting was cute and they were very warm despite the temperature outside and accounting for Wind.We were unable to make an online reservation, so my friend staying at the hotel made one with the front desk. When we all showed up for dinner the reservation could not be found and we had to wait for a table to be cleared. Once we were seated it became obvious very quickly the waiters were obviously stretched thin - not nearly enough on shift for how many tables were full. The only time we saw our waiter was when they came to take our order - give us our food, then drop the check.I observed the same three people coming and going non stop, with endless trays of food and drinks. Employees on shift I overheard talking while waiting for our table, we're saying they had been called back in after already working that morning.Makes me wonder if you are paying your staff enough, since the pub/grill seem to be struggling with keeping staff. Your food is certainly expensive enough to compensate raising wages for your employees.I definitely recommend coming on a slow night,as the staffing issues will effect when and how quickly you get your food - and if the employees aren't too scattered and stretched thin, they might remember to ask if you want desert. No hate for the Inlet's hard working food service workers, after all, it's not their fault.
