Jeff the server is the reason I’m doing this review!! He was very friendly and accommodating! Our food got served pretty quickly and they were delicious and fulfilling!!! Thanks Jeff for an amazing service!!!
We had a great experience at this IHOP this morning. Everyone there was so friendly, warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The food was cooked perfectly and served hot. Great job team!
The French fries were way too salty, and we did not like the butter pecan, and blueberry syrup it was disgusting. But overall everything was fine
You know, I don't think I've ever defended IHOP in conversation because I've always thought the food was generic. But the last few times I've gone I've tried different dishes and you know what? I'm kind of coming around. The service is always decent, the tables are clean, and the food is pretty good for a fair price. I'll take it.
When to get breakfast, I was a little hungry but I got the 55 and older plate which is a little cheaper than the normal price, well the food I got was definitely cheaper, it looked nothing like what I saw on the menu ,I got the 2×2×2, the eggs had to be the smallest in the box,and it was missing one of two sausages,, the waiter was very nice and informative, they did bring out the other sausage, someone next to me ordered the same thing, his plate made mine look sickening, so if you think you're getting a discount at 55, check some places else, food was good but the glass my water was in was dirty, didn't drink it. I like i hop, This is what I paid for? Don't get the senior plate, ask what's the difference.
The food was good. There were no napkins on any of the tables, so when I had a nosebleed from dry weather, I had to run to the bathroom, where I stayed for about 5 minutes stopping the nosebleed.
Keng is an awesome server. He's conscientious, attentive and always smiling. He's very customer service oriented. I've tried to recruit him for my employer but no luck so far.IHOP protein blueberry pancakes were delicious especially with the blueberry syrup.
They tried to sit us down at a table that was dirty. I could have ignored the trash around my feet but there was egg yolks on the table and chairs. We sat ourselves somewhere else. I guess that was a mistake because our waitress was very short with us and obviously tending to the other tables with more enthusiasm. She rolled her eyes at me and brought our check out early. I was frustrated and just walked out wishing I had spent my money on a establishment that would be happy to serve me. Coffee was burned, eggs were wrong, portions were off compared to other IHOPs in town. Three employees couldn't figure out how to safely attach a carseat to the highchair...Worst experience I've had at IHOP.
Good service. The usual menu. Clean restrooms. Decent waiting time to get seated and food delivered to table.
Very good food and service at this location. The only draw back (why I rated it a 4) is the noise level. Wearing a hearing aide and being able to hear table conversation is not doable for me due to the open floor plan, no table dividers, tile floors and walls that bounce the noise off instead of absorbing it. But I still go here often for the food.
