The place is really dirty, dark, the worst service. I definitively wont go again. The food is average.
We ate lunch at Humpy’s and enjoyed a pitcher of local beer. This place has tons of character. The beer was cold and the food was delicious. Located downtown close to everything, I highly recommend this friendly establishment with a dive bar vibe.
Great Food, Great Service. Nice folks. Lucky to get a seat at lunchtime. Great beer selection, Helpful staff.

Had a delightful dinner at the bar - a yummy salmon burger. Solo diners eating on either side of me made the evening even more fun! And the bartenders were friendly and helpful with the beer selection - SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM!
waited 25 minutes to be acknowledged by the least friendly wait staff I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. huge disappointment, menu looked great. 0/10, would not recommend
This was a great place for quality beers, but we were disappointed by the service and food..I reckon there were 15-20 minutes between checks by our waitress, which seems long when you are staring at an empty beer glass. It turned my next beer into "check please"..The halibut fish n chips was in fact chunks of fish surrounded by a soft coating of some type... not the shattering batter one expects. It was spongy and bland. The fries were the coated sort that are exactly not to my taste. I'd had pub fries the day before elsewhere so these were more obviously lacking. The king crab bites were probably 50% breadcrumbs; at least they weren't gourmet priced like my fish n chips. If you squinted, you could detect crab flavor..The place has a great vibe, no doubt. If we skipped the food, it would have been fine. Perhaps if we were a table of 8 that was worth the server's time, it would have been fine. Instead, it was disappointing.
The bartender at our hotel recommended this place to us. We sat at the bar and our server was rude, that is whenever she bothered to stop by. It is dark, dingy and just a dive. The beer isn’t very cold and the food is mediocre. Of all the places we ate in Anchorage, this was my least favorite.

What a waste! Seat yourself and plan on being unserved for a long time. Ordered halibut tacos and crabby pattie. Left 3/4 of crabby pattie on plate. No silverware so had to ask. Waitress LeAnne S. could careless. I left a zero tip because tips are for service which we didn’t receive. Avoid this place!!!
