Absolutely amazing Ma & Pa family operated business. Super friendly, and very welcoming!!Started off with the Fruit Tart and the Pineapple Bun Bread, So good! We hit the Dim Sum menu pretty hard. Streamed BBQ Pork Bun,Chinese Pork Sausage Steam Bun, Xiu Mai, Steamed Sticky Rice W/ Meat In Lotus Leaf, and Chicken Feet.Everything tasted wonderful!! We enjoyed ourselves so much, we ended up inviting friends to join us and ended up ordering the Mapo Tofu dish while they ate their buns.Hong Kong Spirit Food is a must try! Especially if you like to try ascentic Hong Kong Chinese food. I will definitely be back to try out more items and dishes and telling all my friends about this place!Thank you, Hong Kong Spirit Food for such a delightful culinary experience! Will see you soon!
Best Chinese food in Anchorage
Had the veggie steam buns, so delicious and very hot! Instantly disappeared ?The people there were very nice, definitely going to try coming here again! It almost seems like a secret spot because of how hidden it is from sight
All I can say is WOW! Hong Kong and traditional style Chinese food that was excellent! Wide Noodle dish was great and probably the best Pork Fried Rice I have had in year! A little hard to find, but well worth it!
We went yesterday and had an amazing time! Food was soooo good and service was outstanding. The restaurant is really cozy and cute. I think we tried just about all of the dim sum options plus a few of the larger dishes - everything was amazing and cooked fresh. Thank you to Delly and the owner for making our friends birthday special!
The drink was the ocean pearl sky! :3 Was pretty yummy. I forgot to take pictures of the food because it was really delicious. My favorite is the beef balls because of how soft and succulent they are in flavor. I also really like the mapo tofu. It's the perfect ratio of spice, sweet, salty, meat, etc. The veggie pork steam buns were also really good! They tasted really fresh and gave me a nostalgic feeling of home cooked food. Really want to come again to try the other stuff! :)
My families favorite place in anchorage. We had to go Friday and Saturday since there were different items offered on on the weekend. It’s all extremely fresh & made with love. The owners and employees are extremely attentive and so friendly. You can’t go wrong with what you order. Baked goods, cafe & restaurant. It’s all so well made. Thank you!!!!

What a great addition to the Anchorage food scene! Excellent dim sum with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. All the dishes came out perfectly timed, just as your finishing one treasure, the next arrives. The pork belly and Xiu Mai were both contenders for best in town. If you're extremely hungry and can't fit in a trip to Hong Kong right now, this is the place for you.
Love love love!! First time coming here and it was so amazing! The owner and our waitress was the sweetest and I can’t wait to come back here! I also love how authentic and how real they are with their food. You can definitely tell they pour their heart and soul into their business. I really do appreciate it all. 11/10 would recommend!!
