Great pizza reasonable prices and friendly people enough said
Excellent pizza. John (owner) knows how to make quality pizza and knows how to treat customers well. He authentically wants to make great pizza and it shows. Highly recommend this place to anyone. I honestly think their meat pizza with stuffed crust is up there as the best pizza I’ve ever had…and I’ve had fresh pizza in Sicily. Definitely better than Moose’s Tooth. I will be giving this Great Alaska Pizza Co. my business again.
If i could give a zero star i would. I am a door dasher and went to pick up an order the store owner refused to give the order to me because I didn’t not have a “pizza bag” which door dash does not require i ordered one and just started dashing and the owner yelled at me because i didnt have one yet will never go back there called and reported to door dash hoping they get taken off the dash list because he was very rude and aggressive if your a dasher please watch out for this location
Disappointed with their delivery methods. Ordered Grubhub 1.5 hours before they closed. They cancelled my order.. There food taste good if they could actually get it to you I would give a better rating.
Got hung up on 2 times before I even got to place my order. Only reason I was giving this place another change is because is it conveniently located for me. First time I walked in and the cleanliness of the facilities and workers left alot to be desired.
I just got a very stale pizza. i was expecting fresh and hot but this was seriously like yesterday’s pizza or something because i actually don’t know how it could’ve been so stale. didn’t even bother returning and asking for a new pie. i ordered in store and picked up so there was no time in between delivering
I have been getting pizza from this location for years. I was placing an order for delivery and got confused on pricing etc, changed order then still questioned price and then at the end told them lady on the phone I would have to call back once I figured out what we wanted. I then decided to order from a different pizza place due to the rates being less expensive. For some reason they still made the first original order and sent to my house. Told the delivery driver I didn’t order it and that I ended up ordering from little Caesar’s instead. I then get a call from the manager or owner saying that they were banning me from their location for future orders. I hadn’t paid for or completed an order with them. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had to deal with. This is not a way to take care of a long time customer. Especially when it was not my fault. I hope when he listens to the recording of the conversation he realizes his mistake
I'm not really sure what is going on with this location but it is truly disappointing.. I have witnessed on numerous occasions employees not washing their hands before handling ready to eat food, handling cash and then handling food. Overall cleanliness with the employees is questionable most of them look like they haven't even taken a shower. Overall their store is filthy. Management can't even be bothered with constructive criticism. There's nothing great about this pizza. Spend your money at Moose Tooth not this sorry excuse for a business.
Spoke with the owner a few days ago, runs a tight ship. Really helpful, and unlike another location, he knows how to do business, selling lunch specials all day long in order to maximize profit as well as customer satisfaction. The pizza was delicious, his crew professional, the store attractive, and I was given complimentary marinara sauce (which was also delicious). Much appreciated, sir.
omg. David and friends (sorry I didn't get anyone else's names) are just so nice! I used to get the breadsticks for dinner all the time but haven't in a while. The last two times I've gone for breadsticks they've been so friendly! And the only time I've ever had to wait is on their busiest day - customer appreciation day. Thanks for putting such good vibes out into the world!
