Totally rush me through the whole process of ordering my meal to the point where she got it wrong and then when I asked her to change it and told her she must’ve got confused I asked for sweet-and-sour pork not sweet-and-sour chicken and said the cook was already making it and then when I asked her to get me an extra cup of sweet-and-sour she like smart like I was being extra and I was using my manners I said please and thank you and I was totally being neutral Super rude probably will not be going back haven’t even opened my meal and I already seen about the portion sizes so probably gonna be mostly rice
My family always gets Chinese here when they’re craving, it’s made fresh in house and without any strong additives so I don’t get stomach issues. Plus their portions are really great for what you pay for, even with takeout.
This place is the realreal. Don't worry about the reviews on here saying they have terrible customer service. Any problems with that probably come from the fact that these people probably are actually from China and therefore some behavioral cultural differences or misunderstandings. Their food is Bomb fresh you can tell it's made from scratch and the portions are generous price is Affordable. I live a three-minute drive from this place and so glad I do.
Since I've moved here to Alaska in 1997 I've been going there.The service is quick & their food is AMAZING!! I especially love their egg drop soup, egg rolls and their combos (Mongolian beef & sweet & sour chicken), my boy loves their rice & pot stickers (he's picky), my boyfriend loves their spicy foods and their Mongolian Beef and veggies.
I took my wife to dinner here, we hadn’t been out in awhile cuz of Covid. Delicious food, quiet atmosphere. Had a great dinner out with my wife. Definitely planning on dining here again soon!
First time eating here. The food was delicious! I wasn't expecting there to be so much food on the plate when they brought it out. Definitely expect leftovers.
The food was ok. The Mongolian beef was good, but the rest was...slightly better than edible. The cheese wontons were burned. The price was astronomical. I'd eat here only if somebody else was paying and the better place was closed. That's about all the positivity I can muster. Also...the delivery driver made me go out to his vehicle to get the food. Before you get all judgy...I myself am a delivery driver and I would never make a customer come to me.
I have ordered from here a lot of time’s but tonight I wanted a dinner for 1 person I ordered sweet and sour pork with rice a Diet Pepsi they said I had to order one more thing so she added pot stickers that I didn’t want and told me it would be 53 dollars when I explained that that was way to much she hung up on me
Very friendly place and atmosphere, even the customers are friendly because of it. Delicious food too.
