Simple place with very good food. Yummy spring rolls with mild peanut sauce and I really enjoyed my first experience with pho.
Ordered the Pho Combo with different slices of beef, meatball and tendon. The broth was great and flavourful, also thought the serving of meats were generous for its price. Overall it was a great experience (fast and friendly service) and will be back to try the Banh Mi!
High quality Vietnamese food with fantastic service. Walking in I didn’t think the restaurant was overly impressive to look at, but seriously, this place has very high quality food, which is beautifully presented. I think this is one of the higher quality Vietnamese restaurants in Anchorage. Prices are a little more expensive, but worth it.
I don’t know how to explain it but there is just something special about Gia Dinh. The service was fantastic, warm, and welcoming. Pho was fresh and flavorful! Portion sizes are generous here and the quality is unmatched. Highly recommend!
Vietnamese nachos were ok. Kind of like cabbage slaw with some spicy sauce on three really big tortilla chips. Chicken was dry. Phoritto was delicious and very spicy and had great portions. The chicken pho had good taste with spice and was not too salty. 4/5
I love Gia Dinh! Their service is really fast, food is really good, and place is really clean. They also keep cilantro on the side for those of us that hate it but default. So my food doesn't still smell like it! Loooove this place!
I am still dreaming about the Spicy Wonton Soup! The food here was awesome, full of love and flavor! The nacho appetizer was also a huge standout, we went twice in a week! I can’t wait to get back!
This is the best place in town when it comes to Pho. Owners are friendly, food is served super fast, and it tastes sooo goood. I have tried several places in town but this place is on another level.
An upscale, but not too upscale, Vietnamese establishment. Really great food and service.
Everything I've had from Gia Dinh has been delicious, it is our go to for Bahn Mi sandwiches and a quick Thai Tea with boba. Take out is well packaged and ready quickly, dine in is peaceful and friendly. The family that runs it is a little short staffed (like everyone else) but still super nice.
