We ate breakfast at the Flying Machine Restaurant every day of our stay at The Lakefront. The food came out fast, hot and the servers were all so amazing making sure our cups were filled and our needs were met. And it was so convenient... just steps away from our room.

Breakfast was really good! Great view of the lake as well

Gr8 views. Gr8 choices fruit,, fried,, satisfying.Rita and serving staff are extremely dedicated to my every need and exceedingly introducing " cherry topping" ideas to Ll my requests. Love this hotel and its resources for guests. The lobby is relaxing and roomy all by its self. Perfect for digesting the travel mood while checking in . .

Flying machine cafe was ok. We got it after we arrived to the hotel and, since they were closing soon, we got pick up. The shrimp tomato soup was tasty and the fish and chips was fresh, however it had steamed in the container so it wasn’t super crispy. The service was less than stellar for pick up and it took bugging three different people to get our order.

Nicely styled restaurant inside the Lakefront Hotel. The menu was kind of basic though, and there are those Dennys style tables- much too simple for a place sitting on the water with a great view. Service was excellent though. Ana P. was our server and tended to us as if we were the only ones there. I had the Prime Rib and one of Alaska's many fine beers! Thank you Ana!

Excellent breakfast choices. We both enjoyed what we ordered. Our waiter was very nice and very attentive. Views are great!

If you ever thank have the chance to stop in to this restaurant located in The Lake Front Lodge you must. And hands down ask for Rita to be your server. She is on point, friendly, extremely attentive and ensures your time at her table is perfect. Oh yea and the food is delicious as well.

This is a nice breakfast place that offers some good options for breakfast that are a bit on the expensive side sometimes but not too much so. While the service is friendly and the food is tasty, there is a fairly long wait at present because the restaurant is short-staffed, so if you want to eat here make sure you have enough time to get seated and eat.

The house salads were really fresh and the blue cheese dressing was quite tasty ? We really enjoyed the halibut fish & chips and one basket was enough to share. Super friendly service! Got to watch the float planes come and go.

We had the country fried steak and seafood benedict. portions were decent but just little things weren't done to really enjoy the food. The english muffins weren't toasted and the eggs for the benedict were scrambled instead of poached. the sauce was good and there was plenty of seafood for the benedict. my friend liked her fried steak. View of the lake was awesome and our server tried to do a good job but was overwhelmed by the amount of customers she was serving. pretty expensive as my benedict and coffee was $22
