Have eaten there a few times, & it just gets worse & worse. My last time there. Had some really tough beef & onions with a scoop of white rice. Also had lumpia, over cooked as usual and dry, sauce in a souffle cup, 1/4 full. Not enough for the lumpia. When asked what I wanted to drink I said just water, was surprised it came in a bottle, even more surprised it was $3.
Great food at reasonable prices
Clean, friendly, and delicious! Best lumpia in town. Unfortunately I don't know the names of the many of their dishes, but the beef and onions in gravy is my favorite. They also have a chicken dish in it's own gravy that is very yummy. They have several desserts that are awesome, the pichi-pichi is addicting.
I tried their guisantes(pork in a gravy with green peas, carrots and bell pepper) this time, it’s tasty but small serving and pricey. The server is stingy to scoop food… not worth the price i paid for.

Food is good but the worker are not very pleasant. The older ladies behind the counter are always grouchy and not very friendly. I often just stand there waiting while they carry on with their personal conversation gossiping about other people speaking in their own language.
