Everything is based on the shifts and experience with the help . There are times I can get what I ordered and things are well, then there's times the wing's which I and my now 9 yr. old enjoy eating (ordered out or prepared at home) that I have 3 orders of and pizza and all be under cooked or my address information gets mixed from 2 different places I frequent. They will try to fix it the next time you order or go to the store . Personally it kills the moment and to work I go after spending $40 + turning my oven on to try and salvage the evening. I do as well as my Love one's like using Dominos pizza .
The service was good; the driver was quick and friendly. My order was correct and still hot what I received it. However, there was less pasta than I thought I'd be getting; if I moved it around the amount of pasta only covered half the container (more pasta could've been added). The brownies I'd ordered were pretty burnt on the bottom.I'd say, be cautious when ordering from here. If you can use a coupon, definitely use it.
Decent pizza and fast delivery but the past 3 times we've ordered from here we all had severe stomach pains and spent a lot of time in the bathroom! We are not a lactose intolerant family (thank goodness).
My delivery driver Sherry in Anchorage, is absolutely by far THE BEST!! She is so kind, and just a pleasure to see. A lot of delivery services are just rude, and don't care about the product or the customers, she is NOT like that at all. Before she even gets out of the car, she has a smile on her face and is waving hello, she treats you like a friend, not just a paycheck. ?
Domino’s is my number one go to place for pizza!! Every time I order, they deliver it very quickly and if there ever is a mistake they have always fixed it right away. I’m very pleased with there service, I don’t order anywhere else except for Domino’s!!!
The order was delivered in a very timely fashion, the driver was polite and courteous. A+ service, A+ food quality and taste!! LOVE Dominos ???
Usually love dominoes. Though one time I ordered garlic knots and there was so much butter it was not edible and the butter almost leaked through onto the pizza. It was like a cup of butter dumped on there.
Everyone was so kind their, it was kinda odd cause I haven't been in a business in atleast 2 years that asked me how my day was and it felt they actually cared, like I said kinda odd also it was so clean everyone was doing some kind of there job and not just standing around ignoring the customer and that's all I ever get anywhere I go, now this is the last place I would of thought I would feel how it used to be in a good business and they were fast and efficent! Just wanna say thank you your a dying breed.
Prices are very affordable and my delivery driver that night was fast and very polite. We got our pizzas pretty fast. We always do. My daughter orders from dominos all the time. We have never been displeased with our service. Love the discounts my faughter recieves on our behalf. Last two order we only paid 13 bucks for 2 medium pizzas ? with 2 to 3 toppings. Epic price we love dominos
Said order was delivered kept calling trying to figure out where pizza (2 hours later) was and said it was delivered and had a picture of the order delivered. Not even at the right address. And the Manager kept hanging up saying it was delivered to my address unit B when it wasn’t even near the right door. after I told him I had no pizza and he wouldn’t show proof of delivery. Terrible management and even worse customer service. Never ordering here again.
