Always so good, the only bad comment I'll have to be honest about is they always forget the gravy. 3rd time in a row I order a side gravy and they always seem to forget to charge it and give it. But other than that always good service and food is excellent
My hubby and I went to this location today for lunch. We ordered through the drive thru, and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the line moved. Hubby had a bacon cheeseburger, but said it tasted odd. He enjoyed his fries though, and even ate most of mine as well. I had a chicken strip meal, and really enjoyed the strips and gravy. I would have liked for my toast to have been toasted more, instead of it being soft and limp, but perhaps that's something I can remember to request next time. The guy at the drive thru window was very friendly.
Really grateful for this place, food is awesome, like the fact that their drink machine is usually full of many drink flavors. Love it thanks!! The employees are super nice every time I come too.My only other comment/complaint is I wish there were more around (which is I’m sure something y’all are already working on).
Wait over 30 minutes in the drive through, only to get cold food. Had to heat it up in the microwave when we got home to make it somewhat edible. My stomach hasn’t been feeling right since I hate a few hours ago. Probably won’t be back. What a waste of $37
Burgers and fries were cold. Blizzard was running all the way down the side of the cup and they didn't know the difference between cheese curds and chicken bites... 10/10 do not recommend
DQ used to be one of my favorite places to go to! Yesterday was a terrible experience. From ordering food to getting a hair in our meal. Assistant manager Shawna does not have customer service. I asked for ranch dipping sauce for my orders. She said yes. Apparently- you get one sauce choice free per order unless it’s a different sauce?! FRIES DO NOT COME WITH CONDIMENTS!! So I had to go back out to my car grab my wallet to pay for the sauces all while she’s lecturing on and on about why they charge for condiments for your food?? Never have I EVER been charged before- to top it off when we got the park to eat there was a hair wrapped around my boyfriend chicken tender. It was completely gross.WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
I got the 6 chicken strip meal and a turtle blizzard. It was nearly exactly what I was expecting. The only complaint/comment that I have is that the oil they used to fry the chicken with needed to be changed. The taste/texture of the strips were fine, they just looked old. Although I went through the drive through, everything I observed (both inside and out) appeared to be clean, neat and tidy.
They take too long to acknowledge customer when you walk in. Go through the drive through, two cars only. I ordered ONE burger and a blizzard. 10 minutes! N they made the burger wrong. Maybe next time they'll do better. Blizzard was awesome.
Not impressed with servings for price. The employees taking turns vaping (what?) outside the north door while it was busy kinda got on my nerves too. Drive thru window girl was nice enough to earn the second star
Always friendly and courtious service.Staff seems to actually want to go the extra step for your business.In addition they usually always offer your receipt with purchase.( which I think should always be offered or attached to your purchases...) .Just my opinion....
