This location is essentially closed. We went to pick up our Uber Eats order and waited in the drive-thru, since the doors are always locked at this location. We waited for 20+ minutes and the line never moved. We called the store and no one ever answers the phone; it always goes directly to voicemail. We left without our food.
Sad. I waited like 15-20 minutes and then was served a cold burger. Sonic's food was 10 times better
2nd person in drive thru. 1st vehicle did not have a large order. Waited in line 25 minutes, to receive 5 half melted blizzards. I do not recommend going to the Anchorage, Abbott location!
Horrible customer service. Bad people. Requires zero IQ to run the drive thru and no help from management when they charged me for all the wrong food.
Giving this a 2 star due to slow service. Takes awhile to get your food made even when you place as a mobile order. I'd assume since it's w mobile order they'd have the order ready.
Nothing horrible but not a single thing I would call "good", had to wait a good 10 minutes for an employee to come out of the back and take my order, they made the ice cream first when I asked for it after, then had to wait quite a while for the food, which didn't have any of the sauces so I had to go and ask again.
It took me 20 minutes to get to the window after ordering through the drive through. The lady working insisted I ordered 1 burger instead of 2 was extremely rude about it. Insisting that I only ordered one. Who cares!! I’m bringing you business. I ordered 2 burgers, you just didn’t hear me. You don’t act rude to customers because you didn’t hear my order correctly. Like what!? I won’t ever be back.
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru plus the girl had attitude. I know it's hard to find employees these days, but damn. Atleast at the Tudor location you can run inside and order. FTW !?
Food was okay. Sweet tea doesn't taste like tea at all and the lemonade has a funny taste to it. They also need to change their frying oil. I think I'll choose sonic next time .
Do not go here!! If I could give it minus stars I would. My whole family got food poisoning from eating here. Until they get an adequate crew of employees, eat here at your own risk.
