The children there were incredibly rude, we took a couple extra minutes and let the people behind us order and they kept snapping at us and rolling there eyes asking when we would order, my wife was on an important call and we made sure to stand away to allow others to order first and took 3 etlxtra minutes. There was no line and they weren't close to closing. Wonr be going back.
Service was very impressive. I ordered five different things and she got them done quickly and was very friendly while doing it.
Ice cream was good and it was very busy but employees were a little short with customers. There was no seating and they did not want you waiting on your party to go through the line.
They had plenty of staff to take care of us, so the line moved very quickly, and the ice cream concoction that we created was delicious!
The ice cream is super good. The place was packed and I went during the evening. The young girls working were rock stars, very hard working.
Selection of ice cream flavors is more than sufficient. With the add-ins, a large range of finished flavors are achieved. One of our party has a cherry milk shake, flavorful and great consistency. Another had the Founders mixture with chewy brownies, caramel, and nuts in a waffle cone. I had the Dough For It mixture, tasty cookie dough, chocolate chips, in a waffle cone. The waffle cones were fresh and just the right crispiness. The fourth had a cup of Vanilla Light, no added sugar; still yummy!Servers were friendly and efficient. Got in and out in a timely fashion. It was a tasty and satisfying experience!
Ice cream was like soft serve and was runny and tasted very syrupy. They wouldn't allow taste sampling. They only added two strawberries and a tiny bit of blueberries. I couldn't even finish it because the texture and taste grossed me out. Staff came across put out and impatient with customers. Overall disappointed and won't return.
Better know EXACTLY what you want, because you can't try an ice cream flavor at this location. Also at this location, they don't honor the military discount they offer at their other location.Came in today expecting to spend $20 on three ice creams. Left with a $2.99 child ice cream instead.Giving 2-stars vs 1-star because I will come back when they change their practices ?
Works to fast for details lots of mistakes and not delivery friendly. I was only customer upon arrival for grub hub. I go in read order and get - can you leave your phone here for accuracy. I leave it there. 2 similar items and a third item. I pay and she says she only made 1 of 2. .... 20 minutes later I left with nothing. Out 20.00 + time.Thanks
