This is the 3rd time my husband has gone to this location and the order is wrong!? when you order a specific creation and you give us something different, that’s horrible customer service. Very dissatisfied with this location..no more
It was July 2021. They put a sign by the window, says face mask is mandatory, and yet as I went in, the girl serving me ice cream did not put on a face mask. How hypocritical! What is up with that?
Great staff attitudes but we placed an online order, our ice cream was sitting on the counter and melting while my husband waited for a line of people to be served until he could get our order… came home with completely melted ice cream..

line out the door, icecream girls were great and kept the line moving. didn't have to wait long and the icecream was awesome

Fat lady working there told me I need to wear a mask even though it is not mandatory by the our State or even by the CDC. Appeartly cold stone employees think they are above the law and the CDC.
Great options and good customer service. Keep in mind, it's grab and go. Gluten free options are available.
This place does not treat deliveries the same as actual customers. They will repeatedly fill out customers who are in the store instead of delivery orders that were ordered 20 minutes ago. I am sure Delivery drivers will start avoiding this place which will compound their poor, hire teenage women , customer service. Who realistically, as a man would let their kid work there. Yes, they serve icecream. But it is not a good place to work.
