Coke on soda machine running barely colored soda at first nozzle, 2nd not working at all. Told cashier. She didn't seem to be concerned. If this is owner, she should be ashamed. No offer made to replace drink. Thank you for helping me make up my mind to no longer visit this business.
Excellent char broiled bacon bbq burger! One of the best I've ever tasted at any fast food place. Very kind and helpful staff too!
Irritating to order 3 burgers with various things requested not to be on them and all 3 were completely wrong. The young man taking our order had it correct but your cooks obviously do not know how to read. Last visit to this location.
Arrived 11 minutes prior to closing. There were 6 cars in the line, and when we got to the window with 8 minutes left and were half way through placing our order when we were cut off by the worker who said “sorry were closed” and killed the lights. There was still 5 minutes prior to closing time!! Completely irresponsible and extremely poor customer service

Ordered a hamburger no cheese and of course they put cheese on it plus it did not taste good at all. Pickles were horrible. Threw over half of it away, just could not eat it.
Very good Angus burger. Onion rings also good. Service was very good. Wished that they could substitute a salad for fries.

I used to love Carl's Jr, but after 12+ years of trying to get a solid burger at this location I am giving up for good. It is disgustingly cold.. Every. Single. Time. If you like cold burgers with cold cheese and cold sauce on a cold bun, this place is for you! Corporate should really do something. This place has been trash forever. Management is doing a HORRIBLE job. If you need your Carl's Jr fix in Alaska, it is 100% worth it to just drive to midtown. At least there its only cold around 40% of the time. I miss carl's jr in Arizona. Hot burgers? Whaa? Yeah. WHERE IS THE QUALITY CONTROL!?!
