A burger without sauce is ridiculous. By the time we doctored the burgers up they were cold. Fries were awesome and staff were great. Onion rings were a complete greaseball. Not sure why there’s popularity on this place, was a total let down for us. I didn’t even want to take a pic of the food we were served, will never go back. Try somewhere else. Expensive for what was served.
A nice place for a good burger and a beer. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a person wanting a quick bite to eat.
We hopped into this place for Lunch. The order was classic Chicken sandwich, spicy Sandwich and chicken strip The food was good, the chicken was fresh and well cooked, the price I would say was bit on the higher side.
First time at Burger Fi & I absolutely love it! I ordered a breakfast all day burger with onions rings & it did not disappoint! I had some of my coworker’s fries (she recommended the place) and ugh, I LOVE IT! Highly recommended and food just taste amazinggg when it’s still hot and fresh out! That ‘brown/burnt’ look, NOPE it’s delicious POTATOES!!!
Service was good...until we paid AND tipped (it was an option when paying with a card) before receiving our food. Got our order and they forgot to add an item we paid for, showed them the receipt and waited... and had to ask them once more if we were getting our item. For a side of onion rings they forgot, they didn't bother to take it to our table. As I was walking to pick up the rings, they handed my order to another customer to hand it to me...what? An employee cleaning tables watched it all happen.$50 for three meals, we left the serving tray on the table, an employee yelled out the door saying we are supposed to put our tray away and proceeded to call us obscene names.For a place with"burger" as part of their name, not many options for burgers.
I had a veggie burger and it was the best fang patty I've ever eaten. They fall a weensy short with the bread, you don't need nearly so much and brown that bun! A cold dry bun is just sad?
The customer service was horrible. I have never seen employees this rude and not care about a customer who actually gave a 15% tip before I even payed for the food, when ordering. Never seen someone ask for a tip before your experience, doesn't make sense. Wasn't even deserved by them.They forgot my onion rings I ordered, I let them know waited by counter for more than 5 minutes sat back down to eat my burger cause it was getting cold, then waited more, it never came. So went back up to counter and told them I asked once n they forgot again about my onion rings n that I was waiting over 20 minutes for onions rings and they didn't even apologize or put it on the house for their mistake twice!!Then when the onions rings were done they asked another customer making their order at the counter to bring my onion rings to me!! Another customer, thats just lazy, horrible service. I was apolled ?, so they handed the new customer my onion rings to bring it to my table. I will never eat there again.I never felt so disrespected n it ruined my dinnerware my family.I left my tray at the table and one girl said u need to throw your tray away, I said your service was terrible, then she said well it looks like you got your onion rings!. I had it in a bag to go cause I wA done with this place.Was 3 girls at the front counter working, all bad service skills.Worst service I've had in my life!
Ive never had a bad experience with Burger Fi and i’ve been eating there for a while. If you haven’t already you must try this place. Everything is organic and tastes good ??
Solid burgers, clean location, and excellent customer service. I will say that I think the key to the burgers is to carefully choose sauces and condiments, without them the burgers are very basic with no strong seasoning or flavor (which is not bad, just to be remembered). Also, the shakes are delicious, but had to wait almost 45 minutes to consume because it was much too thick to drink with the straw. Overall decent, but a few things to keep in mind when dining here.
Really disappointed in the customer service I just tried to call and place an order over the phone because I’m paying in cash not with a credit or debit card and they refuse to take my order because their policies have changed to only online ordering. I told her that was fine and I’d go to someplace that would take my order over the phone and let me pay in cash when I pick up, definitely won’t be returning here, my food been really hit or miss the at few times anyway.
