Placed my order 4 hours early for pickup. When I got there I had to wait a half hour past my pickup time to get the food but that's whatever. Finally get the food and I realized the fries were missing so I went to ask about them and was met with a attitude of like its fries who cares. Lady went back to get them and came out and just shoved them to me not saying sorry for the mistake or anything. Brought the food home and realized some of the wing order is missing too. Not even gonna call and deal with her again.

I truly want this place to be as good as it COULD be....but it it only is about 1/2 the time. today I redeemed point on " boneless wings....these really should be called poppers since the are so small, I also requested that they be basted in Buffalo sauce, but they were really dry.. all that being said, I did get more than the 20 I redeemed points for, but they were small and not that good. I truly wish they could get some consistency here at the Anchorage store....without that and the high prices, I fear they will be out of business within the next 5 years.
The time was 6:30 pm March 2, 2022. I was dining on the booth side. The waitress served our drinks 30 minutes after being seated and the gentleman behind was also experiencing the same thing. Meanwhile there are individuals on the tables who received their drinks super quick probably around 3-5 minutes and received way better service. The difference between us and them was the color of our skin. Not trying to say anything specific. Could be a coincidence. It was just an observation. Gave her a low tip. Terrible service.
I haven't been here in years and today I knew why. The food was mediocre. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and it was cold. I had the lunch special bone in wings, they were medium sauce and hardly coated. Our friend had the boneless wings hot, and she didn't eat them all because they weren't good. Our waitress was nice but hardly aware that we needed to get our bill and leave. We figured it wouldn't be more than an hour to order, eat and leave but we had to wait about 15 minutes just to get the waitress's attention to pay.
The fried pickles and the peach long Island are great! The wings weren't bad either. The check was a little more expensive than I expected but that is to be expected living in Alaska lol
I ordered online to go and half of my food was missing when I finally opened it when I got home. Which happens sometimes I get that however, when I called and talked to a manager because I only wanted a refund on the food that was missing from my order. She said it should go through and if it didn’t to call back at 8pm. I never got my refund and 8 pm is when the store closes. So I was purposely told to call back when no one would be available to help me. The fact I’m pregnant, live on the complete other side of town, and had to go grab other food to feed my family was so infuriating, but not as disappointing as a manager who set me up. I won’t be ordering here ever again.
Most awful chicken wings that I ever had. They were old and dry and tasted like leather! They just put sauce on them to sell them and their Cole slaw was just as horrible! Never again! Wanted to try something different. Now I'm just feeling like I wasted $40.00 that could have been used for something else. I don't eat out very often...Now I'm glad that I don't! I will never spend another dime at this establishment! I know that the chicken had to be several days old. It was as hard as a rock and covered with sauce. Extremely disappointed!
Unfortunately, this used to be one of my go-to places in town. It has gone down hill.Wings took forever, the size of the chicken seems to be getting smaller, though if they're using quality organic chicken then that would explain it, but I doubt it. Bring back the GMO giagantic chicken! Just kidding, please don't.Our waiter must have had a bad day, service took longer than usual and our order did not come out as requested. My lunch date was unable to eat her food due to ingredients that were asked to be removed but we're not.
