Black Cup came highly recommended by our waitress the night before, and it did not disappoint!The staff were friendly and very accommodating to all of our questions. The environment was very relaxed, and it seemed like a great place to sit and work.They've even got board games available if you're just hanging out!

I feel it necessary to address some of the reviews I've read as I contemplated entering this establishment for the first time. I'm a traveler and I frequent many coffee shops all over in my travels, it's part of what I enjoy most. Black cup is an excellent coffee shop, The staff are very friendly, there's a nice selection of items including a gluten free brownie, the coffee is excellent, the seating is comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant (not too loud and not too quiet, sunny and cozy). What more can you ask for?You sir who gave a bad review because your milk froth art wasn't too your liking. People use reviews to judge whether they're going to visit an establishment or not, and the fact that you rated it poorly based on the milk froth art is ridiculous. You should be ashamed of yourself. This is a wonderful place and people might miss out on it because of your silly review and high expectations. Maybe the cup got jostled. Maybe they're very busy. Maybe you should not worry about that because no one else on the planet cares.Lady who accused them of possible racism because they didn't want homeless people in their establishment. Guess what? You have a right to refuse service in America. If homeless people are coming in and not buying things they should be removed. This isn't a flop house. It's a coffee shop. It's a place of business. The people that own this place make their living on selling coffee, not on housing, homeless people. There are places for that. Should we help homeless people? Yes, should they be able to just flop down and sleep wherever they want? No how about they come into your house mam and just flop on your couch If you try to remove them you're racist obviously.Anyway, I get frustrated with poor reviews for a place that's obviously very nice with staff that's very nice.I think this is an excellent coffee shop? Anyone would be glad to visit it.Edit: Also, I spilled my coffee all over and the staff was super nice to me and cleaned it up for me when though I offered to, and offered me new coffee.
The coffee was perfect, and not too sweet (I don't like too sweet) with flavored syrup, it was perfect :) I also ordered the veggie breakfast burrito and it was toasted to perfection :) it was my first time going there and I feel like I found a new favorite place! I look forward to more visits. Clean and cozy, with friendly staff and service.
Coffee was beautiful and delicious. Chicken sandwich was good as well. Staff is very polite.

Latte with rose petals on top of it brought me here! But unfortunately there were no rose petals ? And they gave us rose latte but I wasn’t expecting it with only rose syrup. I even said I saw latte with rose petals and they didn’t let me know the petals were only available for Valentines day.But the athmosphere was good and chill. Only thing I didn’t like is the window blockers.It is worthy to try.
Nice atmosphere inside, ordered a hot chocolate. It tasted pretty good, but served just slightly hotter than lukewarm, leading to a cold finish.
