I pulled up at ten minutes until 11. The lights were on, but nobody answered the drive-thru speaker. I pulled around to the window and the guy couldn't even be bothered to open the window. He just yelled, "we're closed." The sign on the window said the drive-thru is open until eleven. It wasn't eleven.
At about 2pm i tried going into to the lobby to find it closed. Went in the drive thru and was surprised by the smiles, friendly banter and fast hot food. Lately fast food trips have seen burned out employees who have worked way to long with not enough staff so they are understandably curt and going thru the motions.Arby's was like a breath of fresh air and am pleased to see them working and serving up hot food and smiles.Good work guys
Just went here and they had no turkey and no roast beef. Arby’s. Had no roast beef. Dont waste your time.
Absolute unbelievable wait time. Drive-thru was only option, one car sat there 20 minutes... Instead of them telling anyone to pull up and will bring your order outside, they just let the whole line sit there.. then they told me just to give the order when I got to the second window meaning they were not going to pre-start my order. Don't go here after the lobby closes, or just go to the Muldoon location
Went through drive thru. Have been waiting now for order for 15 minutes. Many people have come and gone from inside with their orders. So, do not go here for fast food. They suck.
The drive thru person was seriously the worse service I’ve ever had the food isn’t even that good will not be coming back. Improve the customer service of your staff or loose your customers.
Well...I gotta give it to Arby's I had to ride my bike through the drive through and they took my order .and they where dealing with rush hour. when I got to the widow, it put a smile ? on there faces and mine, they even double baged every thing....so I could ride off safe..a great experience do to the lobby being close from floor damage..thanks ladies and gentlemen..?? ?✊✌?
We pulled in to the C Street location of Arbys just before 11pm tonight hoping they were still open as we were all starving and couldn’t find anywhere who was still serving food. We were excited to find out that the drive thru was still open at this location. But we knew that showing up, right before closing, with a hungry crowd of 6 adults, was likely not going to be met with anything but tired employees ready to go home. But we were beyond pleasantly surprised! A very friendly female voice greeted us through the speaker, and rather than hearing frustration for the lateness of the hour, she even bantered back and forth with my humorous husband and friends. She took our order, double checking to make sure all was correct and sent us to the window where the kindness continued. We found out her name was Kathryn, and I wanted to make sure I named her in this review. She was as kind as she could be to a hungry, exhausted crowd, and it was so appreciated! Also, whoever was doing the cooking made sure everything came out quickly, hot and delicious. We will likely stop in again before we head home at the end of the week. Thank you all again!
Arby's is bomb. They have the meats. The fish sandwich is everything they claim it is. The roast beef sandwiches are the best.
The lady trying to take our order was so rude. We tried to be patient but we ended up just leaving as she couldn’t get out order correct. I think arbys may need to update their speaker system.
