It’s after 11:30 PM on a Saturday. Long wait time to order food. Several cars are waiting. Team members are somewhat friendly, just slow overall.Despite long wait times, food was pleasant and well prepared. I enjoyed my meal.
They have a spicy chicken sandwich. Omg it was to spicy . Good for the people that like really really spicy food. I gotta get a regular chicken sandwich next time. Nothing negative just to hot for me
This place is wonderful! They must’ve hired a manager that used to work for Chick-fil-A! There were dozens of cars in line and everybody was in and out through the drive-through within five minutes! Outstanding! And, our order was 100% correct! Way to go!
Went to the second lane of the drive thru to order my food. The staff proceeded to take orders from three cars in the first lane without acknowledging me. There were no signs indicating that there was an issue with the second drive thru lane. I called the store and supposedly spoke to the manager to complain. She told me that the speaker did not work and did not offer any apology for my inconvenience. She acted like it was my fault that I didn’t know that the speaker was out. I had to call the corporate customer service number to talk to anyone who seemed to care. I will not be returning.
It took over 20 minutes for me to even get to the window and then another 10 minutes to get my food. I think they lost my order bc they kept asking what I had after I paid. I didnt have a receipt either. I got a honey butter chicken biscuit meal and a cinnamon rolll. They forgot the hash brown sticks which I’m very sad about but didn’t feel like going inside and waiting longer. Very unorganized and took way longer than it should’ve to not even get my order right
Took 45 minutes to get my order, my dine in order in 29 and they were on 94 by the time I got my order I tried to speak to the manager and they refused. All the employees were unhelpful and deliberately ignored us sitting in the middle of the dining area. We were trying to figure out where our food is, and I was met with an extremely bothered employee, I understand how the food industry is difficult I’ve worked in fast food, but I can still treat guests with respect, and especially with kindness if they’re not being rude. This was an awful experience and I don’t recommend it.
Definitely no healthy options here. But it's just as I remembered it from my younger years. Good french fries and milk shakes. Service was slow though. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.
The burgers here are definitely tasty. Good seasoning cooked well not dry not extremely greasy. This is one of the better fastfood burgers I have had in a while. Service was friendly and prompt. Dinning area could use a little cleaning. The sweet tea is not that good. Fries are decent I would compare them to McDonald's.
We visited Sunday March 27,2022 It's Been A Long Time since i had Whataburger.. Just wanted to let you know, Great Food!! All the Employees Works Very Hard, Great Job working together as a Team!!!
Happy to stumble on a whataburger in Alabama. Usually a Texas treat. Love the patty melt and spicy ketchup. Great service and as always amazing food!
