I went to this location at the time when they had a young man very soft spoken standing outside taking orders. This young man was one of the most friendliest young person and very respectful. I did get his name but by the time I got home I forgot it. The food was fresh, hot and oh so good.My review is mainly about the young man because of him and his great service I will definitely go back and if I see him, I'm giving him a tip.... CHICK-FIL-A you better watch out.
Horrible...the wait was not bad. Thae cashier was new, she did her best. Got my food ans the first thing I noticed was my lettuce was brown, the meet was cold and dry and the fries were loaded with salt. Will not be going back.
I've been to this Whataburger location few times! Employees are very nice,helpful and friendly. The restaurant is always super clean the ataff does a great job, the food tastes amazing big portions.. They have plenty setting areas inside the restaurant everything is organized the service is fast. We enjoy our time there.
After a long shift from 11 PM to 7 AM I decided to go to this Whataburger location. The staff was very very kind and uplifting, this made me feel so much better. The food is great as well as the workers there.
I have eaten here plenty of times. At least twice with a group of teenagers and the employees were rockstars, very positive, kind, helpful and food was always hot. Sunday afternoon crew was awful. Order went through at 12:36pm - we pull into a parking space, check in and enter our number - at 1:05 my husband goes in to find out what’s going on, and our food was just hanging out. No drinks prepared, the lady behind the counter handed him two cups, he goes to fix our drinks and the ice says not to use, so he goes back to the counter and the woman acted like it was a foreign idea to want ice. So she gets ice for him and he still has to fix our drinks. Then the person behind him has to ask for ice…. Our food was literally ice cold. No one attempted to let us know that they were struggling, or that they needed us to come inside, nothing. Food made my stomach hurt… just the absolute worse.
Great experience. Food was great and service was excellent. First trip to this restaurant in route home from vacation. Was better than expected. Will definitely be a regular meal when in the area.
These are the nicest employees working here! So welcoming and friendly! The restaurant is so clean and tidy! Such a nice restaurant! Our food was served promptly, hot and very good! Kiddos to the staff Wednesday morning 05/11/22!
Power was out when we came in. We were 2nd to order after power came back on, and 6th to get our food. Not sure what the delay was. Also they were out of the Dr Pepper mix for the shake, but the chocolate was a good substitute
If thus is the whataburger in Alabama.. 5 stars the manager was awesome.. burger was as i ordered.. not like my texas whataburger.. texas whataburgers have gone commercial..My 1st whataburger was,1976 . Mel tillis was a spokesperson.. he stutters. N it was a great commercial..Wh wh wh whataburger.Google it.Yes i pinned my location.. ill be stopping bye next time I'm in the area. Let's just say for a 4/5am visit it was really good service and food!! The wait time was well worth it in the drive thru!! Omg the milkshakes are awesome!!
