It’s fast food so I don’t expect much

I ordered a 4 for $4 meal, the woman at the 2nd window that ACTUALLY passed the food to the driver, was AWFUL & NOT PLEASANT at all & she forgot to give me my drink. I understand that EVERYONE is having a TOUGH time during the pandemic but she should have TRIED to let go of ANY PROBLEMS before stepping into Wendy's to start her shift. She was EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT

The majority of the time your order is going to be wrong even after they repeat it back to you correctly and it shows correct on the receipt. And sometimes it seems they purposely want to mess your order up. Once said no mayo, they repeated it back and even had it on the receipt. It was loaded with mayo where I couldn't even scrap it off, like more than what they normally put on if you want it. Seems it was purposely done especially with the rude attitude of the employee. Nice and friendly employees are rare here. Food also is rarely ever hot.

The drive thru guy was super friendly. But everything was hot and good EXCEPT the fries

It's best to go around lunch time anything after 8:00 it's going to be busy but the manager that runs to drive through at night is real nice it's worth the way ??

Still miles ahead of mickey d's on quality and value. Just wish service was a little faster.

Is anyone in charge at this place? When I placed my order in the drive-thru, I heard parts of another conversation involving the person I was giving my order to, so after she repeated it I felt a little better. Didn't last long, though. The young man at the first window started reading my order... Nope. Read a second order... Nope. Started to read the third one... NOPE! What was your order, sir? I repeated my order, paid and pulled to the next window. The young lady handed me a bag; I looked in it and found only half my order. After I REPEATED MY ORDER AGAIN, I finally got the correct complete order. While I was waiting at the pickup window, a woman in the parking lot was carrying on a yelling conversation with someone inside the restaurant. I had to repeat all or part of my order at least FIVE TIMES to get 2 sandwiches, fries, and a Frosty. Might need to get some people here who can take care of your customers.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - go to the Buttermilk Rd location. I stop at this location frequently, and have finally had enough. The last three times I have been there, it has been 10+ minutes to get food. I never can tell if anyone is in charge. Normally, you can see the person in charge easily by either a different uniform, or by their actions in driving the crew. Trust me - this crew is about as unmotivated as can be. This location needs some serious attention - STAT.

The night staff is SORRY and INCOMPETENT! They spend too much time standing around and gossipping that they ignore orders an neglect customers. I placed a mobile order they had me wait 45mins knowing that they didnt have any food. Then gave me a stupid reason why they couldnt issue a refund. I truly hope management gets them together or shuts the location down for restaffing.

Was in the store to pick up a order and watched them use their bare hands touching the food. This is so unacceptable. The fries was hitting the girls hands while she was getting the fries out and what hit her hand was going back into the rest of the fries. The rest of the he workers same thing. Just Nasty. I'm glad it wasn't my order or I would not be buying it.
