Had the honey biscuit meal. The biscuit was good and I really liked the potatoes, try them. It was 10 am and very few people in the drive thru so service was fast. I got it to go so excuse the photo.
The summer salad was horrible. The chicken had a bad smell. The lettuce was wilted.
New employees should be trained better and learn how to listen. How does "chicken" sound like "triple burger", I will never know. Ask/ask/tell when it comes to taking orders, you'll get them right the first time. Managers were pleasant about the ordeal.
Ordered a 10 piece nugget Uber eats due to I’m a truck driver in a hotel for a night or 2 and have no way to move around. Received nuggets…nuggets were hard. We’re suppose to be regular nuggets…employee mixed them with regular and spicy. I am very disappointed in Wendy’s for sending those hard nuggets and a trucker has to go to bed hungry. This is very sad and they need to do better.
The night crew is very horrible and slow the drive thru line was very long, we waited in line for 40 minutes before finally leaving as well as several other cars, they really need to do better and get it together
Service was slow. Line wrapped around building so I went in to order. Manager had no since of urgency, multiple employees standing in kitchen area not working. 3 employees seemed to be doing all the work with no help. Took 15 minutes to get a chicken sandwich after order was placed.
Great food and a very nice cashier! I did notice that the tables were not wiped downed and cleaned well. Stick to the drive through or pick up.
This Wendy’s location is HORRIBLE!!! Myself and a very large number of other customers were waiting in line, while the employees inside literally turned off the lights/signs and left without even telling anyone! And this was almost 2 hours before they were scheduled to close. I hate this location. Their customer service is terrible.
This Wendy's location is bipolar in nature. Breakfast is amazing and the employee with the red suspenders is on point! But come to this location anytime after 6pm and you will not have a good experience. Wait time is usually around 30 minutes in the evening along with rude employees who had rather talk to their friends in the parking lot than make sure your order is correct.
i love getting breakfast from wendy’s ! cheapest and quickest place whenever i’m in a rush at work ! 6:30 is usually about when i go & staff is always friendly ! but however dinner is a different story , always takes FOREVER , even there only being 1-3 people in line !
