Waitress was very friendly and up beat. It was only her and the cook and she still had a smile on her face as it was getting crowded
We had the very best server. He was awesome. His name was Marshall. Truly outstanding, so nice, responsible, friendly. We could not have asked for any better service. It was clean and the food was delicious. Not one complaint. Every company needs employees like Marshall. He was so good to everyone that walked through that door.
Bacon was burned to a crisp on all plates when we asked them to make more it came back raw... The hash browns were burnt and undercooked at the same time. The Scrambled eggs were NOT scrambled. The chili was old and when asked for more we were told there wasn't any. Also found hair in one of the plates. The waitress got an attitude when we "complained" about all of the above.We found out the actual cook and manager wasn't even there! They had to call in a cook and manager from a different location. The manager from the other location apologized and fixed the bill for us.The only good thing about this experience was the drinks and waffles.
There was a cricket in the lobby, thats always fun. Want to know whats also fun? walking in and seeing several people sitting down eating but I'm told that my order has to be to-go even though theres no signage indicating that. avoid this locationFood: 4/5
Not only was the food absolutely phenomenal, the staff is really what made this waffle house meal perfect for me. Thank you guys for being such a great, positive, helpful and hardworking team. I'll see yall soon
Tuscaloosa Alabama Waffle House on Schuyler Road was excellent. Food was good. Service was great. with new ppl! kudos to da manger & her staff
Had a great visit and while there Ashley & Jennifer waited on me; enjoyed a hot meal and relaxed.
The food was great and so was the service.
The picture speaks for itself! The cook was some little guy who had an attitude! 1st and last time at this location! He burnt my sandwich and tried to turn it on the other side which wasn’t burnt so when I bit into it I tasted the burnt taste! He also forgot the onions on the sandwich! Waffle House is all about the cooks n this location has a horrible cook! Don’t bother wasting your money! The server was sweet that’s the only reason they get 3 stars!
The staff is super friendly and the food came out fast, hot and tasty. I highly recommend this Waffle House!
