I haven't had Tropical Smoothie in quite some time. This morning I decided to try something different & enjoyed it. For breakfast this morning I ventured & had the Avocado grilled cheese, kale salad (for later) & a dragonfruit smoothie. ?
They don't take call in orders which is a little ridiculous in today's time. So I won't be back for awhile now.
I ordered on their website. Had my smoothies delivered to my parking lot and left on the floor. When I went to dispute my order Doordash had me talk to tropical smoothie although I had proven it's the driver's fault. When I emailed and talked to tropical smoothie I did not get a response. So just don't use the app.
The smoothie was great. I just didn't like that the people don't wear gloves to fix food or smoothies. They were making food orders with no gloves on. They should have to wear gloves when touching food or making smoothies.
The wait here is always long but this time especially, I waited 30 minutes for my smoothie. When it takes a total of 5 or less minutes to make it. By the time I received my smoothie my wrap was cold and gross. Absolutely ridiculous.
Like smoothie collection, indoor dining area still needs some improvement I prefer to take out
I wish I could leave less than a one star review. After waiting for my food for over thirty minutes, it was the wrong order. When I bit into the wrap I didn't want but paid for, there was a hair in it. I tried for over thirty minutes to get someone on the phone so that I could possibly even get my money and nobody answered. This place is a joke. I will not be back.
James is a great employee, definitely deserves a raise. He always makes the best smoothies and my order is always made perfectly. Would give him 10+ stars if I could.
Their health department score is an 87. I should have paid attention to that, because I ended up with a nasty case of food poisoning from the salad I ordered. The staff were very nice, and that’s the only reason I’m giving any stars at all.
Great smoothie and service. Always nice
