Main reason for going here today was to use a coupon they sent us. The onion was so big we had to take the rest home with us. Boneless chicken wings were ok, enjoyed ourself and Hope, our server was really nice.
Really good food. Loved the rolls! However we had to wait over thirty minutes just to get a table even though we were on the wait list. I also witnessed the front desk employees tell another customer that his name had not been put into the system for wait list. I wish the waiting time and online “reservation”(I know it’s not that exactly) was easier for the restaurant employees to handle. But everything was really amazing and Alexis(server) was so polite and made sure we were great!

Normally I have great things to say. This time was not so great. The hostess took us to a nasty table. We had to clean it ourselves. The waitress was not friendly-had a complete attitude. Had to keep getting her attention just to get drinks. They were out of prime rib. Just an unpleasant experience overall. I will not be going back for a long time.
I will say this is my first time dining in this particular location. The wait is usually ridiculous! I went today at 3:00 pm. Perfect timing. Our waitress was amazing!!! I truly felt that everything we had today was cooked to perfection. So word of advice, timing is everything!! Please don’t go during peak hours to ensure the best service all around.
Food was ok. Seated in a timely manner. When we were seated, table next to us was clean but there was stuff in the chairs and spilled drink under the table. When someone was seated at that table, they asked them to clean the chairs. They did wipe down chairs but did not clean the floor under the table. I watched the bus boy clean another table while sitting at the table. There were straw wrappers, papers, and a roll under the table. Cleaning under and around the table is important. The menus at the table were sticky as well.
Severs was great and food was good. The hostesses up front are clueless and need better training. They don’t know what’s going on. Came in Thursday with family a party of 10. Was told we would have to split which was fine. Got the text that our table ready, waited about an hour. Came inside and was told by the hostess that she would go set the table up and come back and get us. Made no sense to me but was fine with it. We waited 30 more minutes for her to “set the table up” just to see her leisurely walking around the restaurant not doing anything. Went back to the stand to check on the table and was told it would be just a minute they were cleaning off a table took about 20 more minutes…. So which is it! Don’t text saying the table is ready and make us wait another hour! We were patient bc it was graduation weekend and they were busy but the host were ridiculous!!
Excellent food and friendly staff. The steak was probably the best I have ever had. The steak fries were perfect. I don't see how they keep the food consistent with a full dining room but they do. It was packed but the food came fast and was delicious.
Stuff very very polite and nice. Take care of customer. Food general tasty and fresh. Good steaks ! I recommend my favorite Bone in Ribey with sweet potato ( not sweet) with butter and sour cream plus salt. Additional side salad. Only thing is overrated beer price. March 2022: 8 $ is much for a restaurant.
The place was busy and service was a little slow especially for drinks?. Food was good as usual but our waitress was very courteous, Amber?? & the Rolls were awesome
