I've been enjoying Taco Casa since the 1970's when it's original location was on 10th Avenue in Tuscaloosa. Dinner tonight was the same great quality that I've come to expect every time we eat there. Dine in or drive through, it's always the same...fresh, hot and really tasty. Even with supply chain and staffing issues that seem to affect every industry these days, Taco Casa perseveres in providing a high quality product, quickly and at a reasonable price. It's really easy to recommend them.
After waiting 45 minutes for food, I approach the counter and assistant manager on 5/8/2022 at 8:35, was so unprofessional. The dining area was a disaster, food all in the floor and dirty tables. This is not the taco casa representation Tuscaloosa deserves. When they realized we hadn't received our food, they said they sent it out the drive through. She then mumbled about giving a refund or did we want our food....seriously.... we want our food.... there isn't replacement food any where for the casa.... get rid of night shift staff. They do not possess taco casa quality. Ne rice mine location..... a little embarrassing.
This once was a great business, now the service is almost none existent ,messed up my order several occasions, they quit giving utensils at the drive thru, SLOW as a ? ! Northport location needs to train these people at the rice mine location because they are rivaling McDonald's in customer service now and everyone knows exactly what that means ! Get you're act together because people are talking and many feel exactly like me . I've waited 30 mins at drive thru to pull up at the window and see 3 employee just standing there with laughing at a white boy with a rubber glove blew up on his head ! Then get home to find that I got shorted food !
Can't go wrong with taco Casa but come on where's the coupons you guys never ever have I seen any specials or deals it is what it is which is still great
Sadly, quality goes down as prices continue to rise to the point where I'm no longer interested in Taco casa

Taco casa is nasty. I don't understand the hype. It's like everything else in Tuscaloosa ....TRASH.
Long line slow service and food falling apart not the usual for Taco Casa I'm accustomed to.
We love some good ol' TacoCasa food.... especially when this mom dont have to cook, and hubs picked it up on his way home from work❤??❤??❤??
