Staff was very friendly. Order was correct and out to us quickly . Fast food is not something I do daily, but if I have to go I will return for a later visit when staff is friendly.
Used my credit card in drive through and 4 hours later it was used on line to purchase $1300 Dior product. The attempted theft was stopped by the card company. Beware.
If you've ever had low power expectations, lower them before you come here. It took roughly 30 minutes for our food to be ready and they didn't even give us our entire order, on top of the fact that they didn't have a drink that we ordered so they just didn't give us a cup in hopes that we wouldn't mind being shorted. To make things even better there wasn't any soap or toilet paper in the bathroom.
The man at the window was so nice, I think he said his name was tony. I really hope that was his name. But he was a manager and I told him that he was one of the nicest people that I had ever met working in fast food and they have a great person in the window.
If you ever want Taco Bell in the tuscaloosa area, never go here. They have over multiple occasions messed up my order and left food out. It wouldn't be a major deal if getting back in line didn't mean waiting another hour (not to mention the inside is closed). I understand that messing up every now and then happens and when you're busy it can make it even harder. But, this location has never failed to disappoint me. I have never gotten a well put together meal from them and will no longer be going to this location.
During the day this drive thru is fine. But currently I’ve been here for an hour with 10 cars in the line on a Wednesday.
Some of the worst service and food quality of any taco bell I've ever been to. Repeatedly have had problems with them messing up my order and/or completely forgetting part of it. Can be extremely hostile in the drive thru if you ask for any modifications on menu items. The one on Lurleen B Wallace and Stillman Blvd is outstanding and I highly recommend going there instead of this poor excuse for a taco bell establishment.
Impossible to order what you actually want unless you go through drive thru. The kiosk you are *required* to use doesn't have ANY of the featured boxes or deals, neither does the mobile app. Very frustrating if you want to dine in. The problem would be solved if the kiosk represented the physical menu specials at all OR if they would take orders.
Terrible experience last night. To begin with, the window person didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Didn’t ever say a word. Just stuck out their hand waiting for me to give them money. Second, the food was atrocious. My chicken quesadilla had almost no chicken, it was mostly cheese and it was cold to the touch. I also ordered a couple tacos and a quesarito and the same thing...cold and stale. This place has truly gone down hill, with no customer service skills or staff that knows how to make a proper taco. Stay away!
Every time I go it’s filled with incompetent workers who cannot get a simple order right and ends up being a waste of MY money. I pray they close down.
