This subway needs more love great sandwiches
Good! but not enough onions…
Customer service sucks! Some light heavy set women need to be fired. Also put entirely too much on sandwiches. This job includes Customer service and you don't have that therefore ma'am figure it out
Ordered curbside togo on the app. We arrived at restaurant a few minutes early and parked directly in front of the store, checked in on the app. Waited 10 minutes past our ready time in app (3pm no other customers in sight). My husband called inside to see if the food was near ready and make sure we sent the order to the right location. Phone is answered by a very rude woman would informed us we weren’t parked in the right place. There is no marking for curbside at this location. He asks where and she says pull up to the side door and hangs up on him. We pull up and she waits several minutes to bring us our food and basically snaps that curbside will only be brought to us if we are in this exact spot. Tosses us our sandwiches and leaves. Maybe they can add a sign or message in the app? Giving three stars because our food was fine, just cold from sitting for 10-15 minutes.
I was gonna order food but I had to use the restroom first, the last came out I asked if there was a key for bathrooms she disrespectful said morning shift has keys and continued to go sit and talk to the lady in the lobby..... Horrible customer service, and it's 6 pm how are the employees using the bathroom.... SMH...I didn't even order anything from there
They were ok. Got the turkey sub. But they have quit giving the senior & the veterans discount & it seems as tho they have cut back on the meat. I guess they are like all the other places, less of everything.
8 hr road trip, came in told to leave no mask. I usually wouldn’t be upset about it, but we had just seen her serve two men without masks. She turned us down at the door I mentioned the others with no mask she put her hand up and said NO!
I walked in the door and worker rudely told me I was supposed to be wearing a mask inside store. Meanwhile she wasn’t properly wearing her mask, since it wasn’t fully covering her mouth and nose.
Curbside parking unclear, worker was dressed in street clothes with stains on her shirt and gloves she prepared the food with still on, my fiance got food poisoning from the sweet onion chicken footlong she made
We loved it,the cleanliness and top customer service...its a very neat and established sub shop...many choices for food ....there never out of certain meats....thre veggies were crisp, fresh and in abunfance to smother by sub...I'd recommend the Italian but. Yes were going back.
