Employees working here are rude.
If you're going to get food here, get it in person. They mess up online orders 9 times out of 10.
Really negative experience with this shop. The employees seemed to be annoyed that I was even there. Definitely will not come back.
The staff are extremely rude and have terrible attitudes, the only man on the staff is the worst of all, he yells and openly cursed about me even though all i politely asked him to repeat himself bc i couldn’t hear him through the mask and the mumbling. Honestly the school should be hiring better people to work on campus. You’d think they’d intervene. Everyone I’ve spoken to about the Subway at the ferg has had the same rude experience.

They are always yelling about the six feet rule but keep making people come up to order so they can get people out of there line . They are always rude and yell at customers . They are constantly doing something else instead of helping the customer. They also never properly wear their masks .
Guy at the front is extremely rude. He called me up and then said something and when I asked him to repeat it he just stared at me like I was an absolute fool. Made me feel terrible. He was just so disrespectful and in fact, is always like that ever since I was there. Hope he gets fired because that was such a terrible experience.
