Hands down, the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. It’s not bad just once, it’s consistently bad. I’ve been going to this Sonic off and on for 2 years now and I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience. Computers are constantly down, always takes forever for them to answer, mobile orders are never ready, orders in general are never right. I just sat at the kiosk for 20 minutes and was never asked for my order but my button was deactivated twice; needless to say, I left.
We tried to order at THREE different slots that were not labled as not working... none of which was working. After waiting 15 minutes for service and having been redirected twice to another (not working) ordering machine, we gave up and went to McDonald's.
Can NEVER EVER get ANYONE to answer the call button to take a order. This Sonic has become and has been for a longtime now beyond pathetic and just needs to shut its doors!
Ex employee. I get tired of the food. It's quick and it's convenient not to have to get out of your car. The car hop experience seems to be getting less and less popular.
no one answered button outside so had to go tru drive tru and it was same nobody answered when I drove up thing about it was nobody was there so why they couldn't answer and when the did I drive up they fixed the order which was nothing but drinks they let them sit there till someone saw them I drove 15 miles to get sonic should have went to dq
Everytime my order is wrong. I clearly say and repeat my order and it still comes out wrong smh. Cold and wrong. I normally just go for the 1/2 price drinks. Sonic is really trash but there’s always a line. Definitely not worth the money or the time you sit in line.
Originally ordered my food through the mobile pickup app, waited for 20 minutes for my food and it never came out, so I took it upon myself to go through the drive thru and was greeted rudely , wouldn’t recommend this place.
Every time I go there they give me old cold food. Doesn't matter what it is burger,chicken, fries etc I won't be going back. I go there for my daughter an this evening the popcorn chicken was hard as a rock with ice cold tater totes. A waste of money.
Told my total was $4.72 for shakes, why was I charged $14.72?Deplorable business practices here. Refuse to give the baja/zesty cheese sauce in the past saying that’s all they had, overall do not recommend this location.
Pulled up and pressed the button on stall #14 and no one came to the speaker, I ordered online and saw my name pop up and after a while it disappeared and I asked the car hop what was going on with my order, he said he would check but never let me know anything just kept walking past my truck to take others their order who had really just got there. In all I stayed at stall #14 for about 45mins watching car after car after pull up and leave. Then my food was cold and poorly prepared. If I could give 0 ⭐️ I most definitely would. I pressed that button twice and no one answered to take my order and if the thing was broken someone should've put a sign up or came out to let me know it wasn't working. They should do some training on customer service over there
