Burger is always hot bt fries are always cold. The guy in the window(smh). Wow
This for the Sonics in Tuscaloosa Al on McFarland. I don't know what it was but something was in the bottom of my shake and it was a regular chocolate shake with fudge but barely any fudge. Also to me they don't taste good like other Sonics in other cities I have been. Could be just my taste buds. I don't think I will be going to that particular Sonics again.
I had to wait 24 minutes for a number 6 chili cheese coney meal. The car hopper comes out to ask if I had my order and I told her no, she goes on to say well your order got mixed up with someone else's. The bread and hot dog looked old, it was crumbling. The cherry limeade had 4 big chucks of lime basically a whole lime, It was a waste of 24 minutes and $7.58. I ended up throwing it away. If I hadn't already paid for my order with a credit card I would have left. Oh if it helps she did large size the fries and drink. It was the sonic in Tuscaloosa, AL down the road from Stillman College.
I love to eat at Sonic in Westend. I have had their food for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Service and food is always good.
Waited 20 mins for cold food, incorrect, and a nerds slush that tasted like water. Even my kids food was cold ?This Sonic is the worst. Employees sagging and very distasteful. The whole store needs to be restaffed
The manager there is the best. They work best when she is there. When she is not there, the employees are really rude and food is always wrong or served cold.
Slow poor service pulled up in the stall to pick up a doordash order was asked to use drive-thru six cars in drive-thru I was never asked if I was doordash or anything but he brought the customer four cars back behind me a doordash order when I was already in line first.
Food was cold but customer service was good
Don't come here . Orders chicken sandwiche and popcorn chicken the tors where not done. Then he brought it to me forgot the ranch and fork. When asked for it he literally said do you need a dork too....but they want 15$ an hour
Stopped by for a milkshake. Drive thru was closed. Waited at one of the pull up stations for over 10 minutes with no service so ended up leaving because there really wasn't that many people there so not sure what was going on to cause the delay.
