Slim Chickens might be the best of the chicken tender fast food chains. Its got the best side options, the best sauces and easily the best texas toast. The chicken is good, though not as good as Raising Canes. I recommend it.
Chicken was too salty. The ranch dressing was salty. No joke. They were told to leave salt off of fries and everything else came overly salted.
Prob my new fav chicken place. Loved the breading. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Staff was attentive. Order was correct. The restaurant was well maintained and clean.
We order here yesterday our order got messed up but when brought to the attention of the owner( Oliver) he immediately got back to me!! He was so kind he offered to give a full free replacement and let me say they did not disappoint for dinner tonight! The service and food was amazing. Thank you for everything!
Had a bad experience but the General Manager made up for it and when I revisit the store the service and food was awesome. I especially like their wings and Their sandwiches they serve with the fried onions on them. Just goes to show Don’t judge a business on one bad visit. Give them a chance to show what they are made of~ employees were nice Tres up front was great, Ms. Diane greeted me with a sweet smile and several other employees were nice as well. Food was hot, tasted yummy. I will be back.

I have been waiting for Slim Chickens to make an appearance in Alabama since before COVID, seriously. Tuscaloosa got them before Birmingham, so the only option I had was a road trip for chicken to Tuscaloosa. Drove in today! I'm telling you, the service was lovely, the menu is just more interesting than a typical fast food kind of experience. I wanted to get both the fried pickles and okra, but how much can a poor girl eat, after all?? I opted for a chicken tenders box and the chicken was so freshly made I burned my mouth a bit, but - It. Was. Delicious! Garlic/Parmesan dipping sauce was different and yummy, too. I'm telling you-this is worth the drive, and I don't say that lightly. Made my day! Great Job, Slim Chickens!!!
The customer service here is amazing, I didn’t expect it to be waited on but they did. They checked on me multiple times, not jus one person but multiple workers. They brought my food out to me in a timely manner and they made sure my drink was refilled before they left my table. And the food was GREAT. Overall it was a great experience
Great food. Had a problem with the delivery service but Slim Chicken manager took care of it. Very professional and friendly. Recommend this location!!
Every time I come here it's always this one person that's always give the customers the up most respect and make sure your food is fresh. Mildred make sure everything is on point and there's never a disappointment when Mildred is there. She always have a great smile on her face.
