My wife was in the mood for Red Lobster and since we were closer to Tuscaloosa we stopped here. We arrived 10 minutes after they opened but had to wait 5 minutes before we were seated. Like several said service slow, even though we were some of the only customers. The food was decent; the Red Lobster in Montgomery taste better. After we received our entrees I inquired about our salads, only then to be informed they were out of lettuce because the truck hadn't run.

Kung Pao noodles shrimp was too good, plenty amount. Popcorn shrimp was delicious, good for kids. Pizza was so so. The lobster, shrimp was fresh. But the dough was well baked at the corner. Overall, it is a great place to eat, little bit expensive ??

July 11, 2022 Went to Red Lobster to get our lunch before doctor appointment. Was greeted really well and seated. We ordered our meal. My husband ordered a seafood platter and I order salad and chowder all you can eat. My husband received his platter and my soup did not come. After finishing his meal, a was acknowledged that it was going to be brought after reheating. After another 10 minutes or so she returned with it hot. I did not want it then and asked to be put in a bowl. I brought it home and throwed it away. I know they want miss our business because we will not be back. Very disappointing experience!!!

Food was great as usual. Sitting at bar alone and service was slow. 2 bar tables and no prebussing, all empty and dirty. They did have many to go orders. People coming in and waiting for curbside. Its always very slow but food is consistent.

Had a great lunch yesterday at Red Lobster. Looks like they've remodeled the place, it looks very nice. Our waitress said her name was "Miracle' and she was so nice to us. The dinner was awesome too! Cooked to perfection in my book.Just a really nice dining experience. Great job! ?

Service was terrible. Our server was Absolutely terrible. Slow is an understatement. It took 20 minutes after we were seated to even get a server to acknowledge us. No drink refills. Forgot my salad. Never came to check on us. Food was OK I guess I guess.

Food was good but I server wasn't. I was the last 1 of my party to arrive server: what you want? Me: hello, how are you? I would like.... We didn't get rolls until after our appetizers came out right before the food. This by far was the worst service I've ever received and it was Mother's Day.

Smells like a nursing home. Have they ever updated this place? The payment system took like 45 minutes. Food was so so. Would not recommend. But if you have fun memories of red lobster, maybe this is your thing.

This was the worst Red Lobster I have ever experienced. This was the second time in two years I've experienced this restaurant. The service was despicable two yeas ago and nothing has changed.Another couple took a booth next to us, the experienced lousy service 2 years ago a came back for seafood after a two year disappointment ? they say my experience. The got there food 30 minutes before me. They said, looks like nothing has changed. They will not return and neither will I.

Food was cold and did not tasted good. Margaritas were very icy and not flavorful. Will not visit this specific Red Lobsters ever again.
