This Popeyes was a little slow, but they were also slammed. The chicken strips were perfect, moist, crispy and flavorful. The red beans and rice, had a good mix of rice to gravy. The mashed potatoes were their standard really good. The cashier was not very friendly, but was really efficient.

Waited at the counter for several minutes before someone finally came to the front, but then they turned their back to us and started putting things in a bag. We waited a little bit longer and still nothing. There were no other customers other than those who were seated and eating. We decided to leave since no one spoke to us or waited on us. Maybe you should find people who want to work instead if people there to get a paycheck! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

Absolutely terrible service every time I go here. Last time, i waited in line for 30min only for them to tell me they canceled my order because they were out of chicken tenders and then acted like i was not sitting there at the window. Love popeyes, but do to their lack of ability to function as a restaurant I will not go back.

I never leave reviews especially nowadays because I know restaurants are short staffed, so I try my best to be understanding with employees but my experience tonight was awful. We waited to order for about 30mins, once we ordered we get to the window, paid and waited another 20 minutes just to be told they are all of a sudden out of all the sides we order. Ok why didn’t you all tell us this 20mins ago. After we asked for a refund the cashier goes to tell us ohh we got one of the sides but you all will have to pull over and wait. Ok we pull over and waited but my husband decided to go in and wait. Once he enter the inside of the restaurant the employees are chatting with their family members like it’s not 20 cars in the drive thru but that’s not the issue I have. The issue I have is the family members that are in the lobby getting free food but not only free food but all the sides that I was just told they didn’t have for my $40.00 order. Plus some of our food was cold. As a paying customer I didn’t appreciate that at all. I will never give this Popeyes my business again.

Great food! Great Customer Service...They're so nice! That drive-thru runs so smoothly. I avoid the location across town because the people in the drive-thru seem like I'm bothering them on the job.Glad I took the chance. Way to go Popeye's! I'll roll there any day... Please take my money!

I’m never ordering from here again!! The chicken sandwich taste like they fried in fish grease, food was cold and didn’t even give my drink to dasher!!! I couldn’t even eat the sandwich because of the fish taste!!!0 stars

Nightly female manager is extremely consistently rude as if she is aggravated by a customer ordering!!!! My simple order is ALWAYS wrong in some capacity and the wait is at least 30 minutes to move one space forward! Then as you check your order, they ask you to pull forward so when you go back for a missing item they say they gave it to you ?!!! I go back hoping that she isn’t there because it’s bad enough to wait in line long as heck then be disrespected at the speaker and then the window too!!!! I understand staff may be cool with management but cashiers demonstrate more customer service than the shift manager PERIODT

Have never had such horrendous service. Girl at the drive through was so rude and disrespectful for literally no reason. Manager came on the speaker over her to take my order because she was so incredibly rude and argumentative. When she took my money and gave me my food, she never spoke a word. Gave one star because the wait took less time that ordering my food did.

Waited in drive through, waited for 15 minutes. Got to the intercom, and associates told me they were on a “shift change”. She took my order 5 minutes after and told me to “hold on”, I drove up to the window after no response. Once I got the the window a different young lady told me they “were doing a shift change” and closed the window. Then opened it back up and told me I need to drive around and get in line AGAIN behind 10+ cars after I waited my turn fairly. By this time I’d been in the drive through for 34 minutes, ordered, and yet no food. Had to go back to work since my break was over. Love the food, but service is terrible

Most reviews are 1 star as well here!Came to pick up the $50 16 piece meal for our employees. Got there at 11:15 and was told to pull up front. 15-20 minutes go by and we go back WALKING to the window. The one working drive thru potentially a manager 2/9/22 at 11-12 PM is horrible SUPER bad. We won't be back we rather take our folks to Depalmas or somewhere for an employee lunch next time.Keep in mind ordered a $50 16 piece and she refused to give forks and plates but only gave us 2. She slammed the drive thru window in my face. Keep in mind had to walk in drive thru and ask about updates which we were not getting and purposely getting ignored. The guy that just purchased your most expensive item and can be repeat business each week has to stand in bushes and grovel for food like a BEGGAR!
