These women work their butts off!! Pizza is always made perfect, tastes great, hot and ready to go! Building is old, so what? Owners need to fix it, has nothing to do with the employees. Attitudes? No. Some customers are very rude, no excuses, but don't come in on a high horse, anywhere, and expect/demand respect when you can't act right. Still the best stop for the best pizza!
The pizza was not made correctly. It was missing a topping (bacon) and it was full of sauce (light sauce was ordered). Additionally, the lady was rude during pickup. She assumed we were picking up for Doordash and demanded a name when we were giving her the order number.
This store is garbage, I never leave reviews but this store needs one. I place my order at 6:30, shortly after it said they were using door dash to deliver my pizza, ok I was fine with that. My dasher kept changing, then at 8:20 almost 2 hours later the door dash text said my order had been cancelled,l. So I called the store and they told me they never had my order, I was then placed on hold, to the extent I was able to drive to the store and confront them about my order. I was then informed they cancelled my order. Absolute trash customer service. I wish I could give a worse review.
When calling the store I was told that they are no longer taking orders for delivery. When offering to pick up my pizza I was told that they are ALSO not taking any orders for pick-up. Why are you in business if you are unable to take orders DURING YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION!?!?!?
Its been a minute since I've been here.. It was pretty good this time. They have great cooks now! My pizza and wings were on point! I'll go back as long as they keep the cooks they have now.
It's okay but very slow. And the only thing I don't like about it is that you have to buy your red pepper and your grated Parmesan cheese. I think those should come free and not you have to pay $0.99 for them
The food is on point. However, it is understaffed and barely offering curbside service. Due to it's small size, two customers break the social distancing protocols if they enter at the same time. Otherwise, Pizza Hut rocks!
I called to pick up my curbside. The lady told me that it would be 3 mins but she never came out. She allowed me to sit in the parking lot for 15 mins before I went inside. When I got my pizza, the pizza was over cooked and cold.
I’m pretty sure we were sent a pizza leftover from the buffet. It was lukewarm and dried up. We ordered a large supreme. There was NOTHIN supreme about that pizza
When placing my order online, I was informed it would be 45-50 minutes until my one pizza and breadsticks would be ready. I placed the order because I was fine with the wait time. I arrived at the store to pick up my pizza order at the time my email told me. After getting to the register, the cashier simply took my name, gave me my receipt and called for the next person in line. I stepped to the side thinking she would go check for my order in a minute or two. She never went back to even see if my pizza was ready, even though the digital screen said it was. She continued to help other customers in line and would go and check for their pizza and bring it out. After stepping aside and waiting for 20+ minutes, she finally asked for my receipt so she could check on my pizza. By the time I got my pizza, it was room temperature. I had to put it in the oven to simply eat it for dinner. Very frustrating experience.
