I’m just tired of all these drive thru/ fast food chain that can’t do easy tasks right. It may be a small problem to some but it’s quite annoying. I ordered 2 egg rolls, and they gave me only one. Didn’t check on the order until i get home. Hurrrr

They were out of teriyaki chicken for months, pulled in to the drive thru at lunch time 11am to see a note that they wouldn’t be open until 1pm. Service, food are always inconsistent.
Came to get a family meal and also a plate for a friend. I paid $29 for our meal and the friends order was $9...it was the exact same portions! It came in the same to go box, so why such a price difference? Not close to being enough food to feed a family!!

Got food poisoning from here getting one of the chicken bowls. Definitely from here because I eat the same thing every day otherwise. Not fun
Website says dining room is open but it's not. Also no napkins Really you are out of napkins? It's time to shape up people!!.
First they are ALWAYS out of things. Also if I can't go inside a place and see what's going on( if the floors bathroom and workers look clean etc) I'm not eating there. Please tell me why the doors are still locked in May 2021?
