Recommended by a local. Great Salad and Sandwich and friendly staff. Would have given 5 stars, but soup was not hot and when taken back to heat up, there was no microwave so they just dished out another serving from the same pot and it was also not hot.
$11.79 is REALLY steep for a sandwich with cheese and tomatoes (barely any cheese, at that)… especially considering it’s only $7.49 at the newk’s in birmingham. quality has gone down since i last went there too.
2nd time this has happened this week. I’ve never had issues before now, but charging extra and not even giving a quarter of the amount advertised is ridiculous.
Spicy chicken pizza usually good at Newk’s was not here. The driest chicken I’ve had and just crumbles. Also, somehow this Newk’s is higher than those in Birmingham

I placed a to-go order for 8 sandwiches over the phone totaling approximately 110.00 dollars. The person taking the order was rude and seemed inconvenienced to add sides and desserts. After receiving the food, none of the bread choices were correct, but the food was consistent with other purchases in the past.
A salad and drink should never be $20 at a sandwich shop. Also they forgot the feta AND left avocado peels in my salad. Absolutely ridiculous, not worth the money at all.
Potato Soup and 1/2 Italian sandwich was delicious the smell of the food was mesmerizingRanch dressing is not an optionfor salads, maybe 1 day it can be incorporated as a choice.The slice of chocolate cake was very tasty
